"You gotta be fucking kidding me!" I call out exasperated.

His only response was a lowering crouch and growl. All comapssion flew out the building at seeing this creature once more. I had spared him and he was still set on ending my life.

A hissing noice came from my left and I side glanced to see the male Na'vi trying to stand slightly in front on me. Shock courced through my body as he took a protective stance.

Before we could react the thanator was running and jumping over our heads. I ducked quickly grabbing onto the slightly taller Na'vi male for support.

I held on tight to his smooth and muscular arm. I could tell that he was very strong, and wasnt surprised when I felt his muscle flex under my touch as he took another protective stance on this side of me.

The Thanator scraped his paw on the ground and began pacing infront of us slowly, letting out warning growls in my direction.

fìxtan tìhawl
(So the plan?)

pehrr oe plltxe, nga tul
(When I say, you run.)

pehem? ohe ke txìng nga.
(What? Im not leaving you.)

kem si na plltxe
(Do as I say.)

slä-...
(But-...)

nga kem si si oe plltxe
(You Do As I Say.)

I gave a firm nod and squeezed his arm tightly so that he knew I was not fighting him on it any longer. I hated to just leave him with the skillfull predator that I had led to him. If anything happened to the na'vi it would be all my fault.

But I could tell he set on this decision and from what I have gathered about him, he didnt seem like to type to be easily persuaded after making a decison.

irayo
(Thank you.)

He nodded his head and his stare never wavering from the Thanator.

kanom alaski.
(Get Ready.)
Was his only response back. I ready myself for his signal while also watching the Thanator movement. I could tell it was readying itself for the attack any moment now.

We didnt have to wait long. Soon the creature was crouching again and letting out a roar.

SET
(NOW)

My protector screamed out and I didnt waste a second. I took off running for the tree line. I heard the sound of a bodies clashing and I stopped and made a split decsion. Turning around I hid behind a tree and anaylzed the scene.

The Na'vi warrior wrestled the wild beast taking many scratches and almost falling prey to the Thanators deadly bite.

I began breathing hard scared for the Na'vi's life. Even though he said to leave I knew I couldnt. I had to protect him no matter how tired I was. He was giving his life for me, a stranger. I will not allow this and I will fight till my powers failed me.

Just as I made my decision the beast of a creauture reached out and slashed his claw against the torso of the na'vi male. I heard him cry out in pain and fall back onto his back. Without a second thought I through my hand out picking up the beast with my powers and throwing him away from my protector.

Because of how weak and tired I was my powers wouldnt allow me to throw him far. I breathed heavily and made a split decision to use my lighter. Creating a baby flame I willed the fire to grow and then shot it out to create a ring of fire around me and my protector. The thanator roared in outrage at not being out to get to us.

I began shooting fire balls out to hit him burning the flesh of his body with every hit. The creature cried out in pain but did not leave. I throw all i had at him, but my powers were wearing me out. At this rate I would pass out in a few minutes. Just when I was about to use air to knock him out again. Even though I knew it probably wouldnt work like the first time because it caused for more concentration and energy. A large lynaptrx flew down and began attacking the Thanator. An with one last fireball, I hit the creature in his back leg and trie hard to avoid hurting my flying friend. With that the Thanator took off for the woods. Soon as he was out of sight I sighed and allowed my ring of fire to fall.
