it's my 18th birthday today, and my new friends bought me a puppy. it's a small Labrador retriever, and it's only 8 weeks old.

I haven't been this happy since you left.

I still doubt being happy, because it seems as if I'm getting over your passing and completely moving on.

I'm moving on, while keeping you in my mind.

I have to say though, that the puppy brought happiness to both me and my friends. I guess they were trying hard to make me feel happier, and not frown twenty-four seven.

schools been great, and I've been getting a's in every subject.

the only subject I didn't get an a in, was literacy.

I got an a+ in that subject.

I think the teacher appreciated my way of writing narratives and creative stories. I mainly base them on our past, so that I can easily write them out from experience.

it feels good to be able to share things with people, and not bottle up everything.

back to the puppy, I named him chul, because i called you jae.

chul will live up to be a great dog, I know it.

I know that it's been about 5 years since you left me, but I'm not the emotional wreck I used to be.
