"I don't want shit from you." I say bitterly .

"We just got on good terms, " Chris said, "don't be like that."

"I can, and I will. " I told him.

"Alright," He said, "Bye."

He got up and left me sitting there at the table.

He had to pay anyway I told myself so I didn't go chasing after him.

I soon heard him walk out of the restaurant's door.

I looked outside of my window and saw him looking through it.

He motioned me with his hand to come outside with a smile.

I furrowed my eyebrows at him pointing at the food on the table.

He motioned his hand quicker through the window.

I quickly got up and ran through the doors after him.

By then he was already in his car ready to pull off.

"Why didn't you pay?" I asked catching my breath and getting into the car.

"Does it look like I have portillos kind of money?" He asked with a straight face.

"Yeah," I say, "it does."

"It might be true." He laughed.

"Where are we going after this?" I asked.

He looks at me and says, "I was planning to beat it up real quick and then go at it again and again-..." I cut him off, "Nope next option."

"We can do some good old fashioned homework?" He shrugged looking confused.

"Homework?" I said, "I could've stayed home."

"True," He joked, "You weren't going to let me hit it anyway."

"If you keep saying dumb shit like that you'll never hit." I teased.

He laughed as if I were joking.

I was dead serious with what I had said.

"Calm down we're going to go see a movie."

"What movie?" I asked him happily.

"Barbershop The Next Cut." Chris said.

"The new one with Nicki?" I asked excitedly.

"Yeah. " Chris smiled.

"When does it start?" I asked Chris eagerly.

"In about twenty minutes from now" Chris said.

"Drive then!" I said.

"We're only six minutes away chill out." He said.

"This Queen Onika we are talking about."

"And we have to have time to get snacks and get our tickets.

"You just ate Trey," Chris said, "and Nicki isn't all of that."

"You're right she's all of that and more." I said cheerfully.

"She may be 'all of that' but she isn't Beyoncé." Chris argued.

"Beyoncé old washed up ass." I replied.

"Nicki must be washed up too doing songs with Queen Bey. " Chris said.

"That was promotion for that flop ass Tidal." I respond.

"Nicki is a flop too she signed that contract." Chris rebutted.
