A few minutes later we arrived. I got out the car and knocked on the door. She cracked the door.

"Here. Your father in the other room" She whispers.

"Alright thanks. Love you." I whisper back.

She then closes the door in a hurry. I could barely see her face. Something was different about her. She seemed a little out of it.

I got back in the car and put my permission slip in my school bag. I texted Anthony Chris' address as I sat in the car quietly.

"So where do you want to go?" Stephen asked.

Home.

"Doesn't matter." I say

"So it's cool if we go to my place?" He asked.

"Yes! I just said it didn't matter didn't I?" I say with irritation.

"Damn. Did I do something?" He said.

I ignored him. Pissing me off and all he doing is talking. Yes you did do something.

He began driving. I continued to sit in silence.

"Trey." He called.

I just stared out the window and ignored Stephen. I went on my Instagram and posted 'When you have to go somewhere you don't want to go .' I chuckled before posting it.

"Trey." He called snatching my phone.

"What the fuck! Give it back!" I yell reaching for it.

He blocked my hand as I reached for the phone. He swerved all on the sides of the road. Eventually causing him to pull over and park the car.

"When you have to go somewhere you don't want to go." He read aloud. "Can you at least act like you want to be here?" He says hurt.

He passed the phone back to me as he drove. I felt a little remorse for him. Although I shouldn't at all. He pulled in a parking lot so he could turn around.

"Where you going?" I asked.

"If you didn't want to be come that's cool. Just don't waste my time by agreeing to come." He says.

"Come on you know I didn't mean it." I lied to make him feel better.

Like somebody was going to believe that. He might not be the brightest but I know he not dumb. He ignored my words.

"I'm sorry. It's just that we didn't get along before. So this going to take some time for me to get used to." I say.

"I understand." He said.

That went better than I expected. "You hungry?" He asked changing the subject.

"Yeah. Eating sound good." I said.

He pulled up to a Romano's and we went in to see today's special. They had a Super gyros with double toppings for $7.99. It is worth it though they have big portions.

It was soon our time to order. I ordered the daily special. I sat down in the chairs waiting for my order to be called. Stephen ordered the same.

They called our orders so we could eat. We both quickly ate the food. I left half for Chris to eat. I washed it down with a Dr. Pepper.

We drove back to his place and played Grand Theft Auto. I hate this game I don't know how to play it. Every time I get a car the police always chasing me or its because I ran over a cop.

"I need to get back to the house." I say.

"Yeah let me use the bathroom." He said.

I nodded.
