You have no idea how happy I am right now because I'm FINALLY on Spring Break. I can finally sleep in and binge watch Grey's Anatomy! 🤗
Anyway, Easter is tomorrow so I decided to write an Easter-themed chapter. I also love chocolate covered strawberries, so I combined the two ideas.🐣
Here is how to make Carrot Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Orange Candy Melts
- parchment paper
- Ziploc bag
- scissors
Directions:
1.) Thoroughly wash the strawberries, but don't cut off their tops.
2.) Follow the directions on the Candy Melts package to melt the chocolate.
3.) Carefully dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and place them onto the parchment paper. Stick them into the the freezer until the chocolate has solidified.
4.) Melt more chocolate and put it in a Ziploc bag. 5.) Cut off the tip of the Ziploc bag and drizzle the melted chocolate on the strawberries. Put them back in the freezer until solid and enjoy!
