Hello! I know this is like super duper late, but it's still Mother's Day. And if you're like me and still haven't gotten anything for your mom, here are some cute, simple Mother's Day gift DIYs.

1) Cake-in-a-Jar⇒ You'll need: Cake mix ♥︎ Frosting ♥︎ jar ♥︎ ribbon⇒ Directions: 1) Bake cake mix as directed on the box. 2) Put a layer of cake in the jar and add the layer of frosting. (Repeat until the jar is completely filled or you run out of cake/frosting.) 3) Close the jar and wrap a ribbon around it.
2) Sugar Scrub⇒ You'll need: 3 cups of white sugar ♥︎ 1 cup of oil (coconut or olive) ♥︎ 10 drops of essential oil ( lavender, rose, eucalyptus, etc.) ♥︎ jar/container⇒ Directions: 1) In a large bowl, mix the sugar, oil, and essential oil(s). 2) Pour into jar/container and decorate it.
3) Sharpie Mug⇒ You'll need: plain white glass mug ♥︎ rubbing alcohol ♥︎ Sharpie oil based markers ♥︎ pencil⇒ Directions: 1) Remove any residue and dust w/the rubbing alcohol. 2) With your pencil, etch out a rough draft on you mug. 3) Go over the penciled design w/your oil-based Sharpie. (If you smudge or mess up, use the rubbing alcohol to erase it.)
