I had been so preoccupied with my shock that I hadn't even taken a break from my thoughts to take in just how beautiful this place was.
Sure we weren't on land, but I have never seen the ocean so blue, and the ship was stunning. It was bigger than anything that I had ever imagined, I especially loved the bits of gold that ran along the bot leaving swirls and other beautiful designs. I just now noticed that the ship was in the shape of a dragon, it reminded me of learning about the Vikings in school.
In the center of the ship there was a huge pole that held up an amazingly beautiful dark purple flag.
"It's beautiful" I whispered quietly to myself. Sighing in content.
"It is isn't it" I jumped at the voice, nearly having a heart attack only to realize that the voice had come from one of the kings, who I believes name was Caspian.
"I've never seen anything like it in my life" I said, slightly nodding at his previous statement. He replied with a smile.
"Well we better get you settled, it seems as though you will be staying so you shall be rooming with Queen Lucy if that is alright with you, seeing as you are both the only girls on board" he stated, changing the subject.
"Oh that would be very kind, thank you" I reassured him.
"Here, come with me" Lucy then said, surprising me as she came up behind us. I did as told and followed her into the ship.
"Where do you come from? Are you from England too?" Lucy asked curiously, with. Hint of excitement in her voice.
"Yes, actually I am from Finchley." I answered quietly.
I'm not really used to talking to people, this is new to me, nobody has ever asked about me before, but I must admit that it's a nice feeling.
I saw a huge grin form on Lucy's face.
"what?" I ask, very much confused.
"We're from Finchley too! Edmund and I that is." She said excitedly.
'Wow! That is quite the coincidence' I thought to myself.
After awhile of walking she finally opened a door and led me into a room. It was incredibly big compared to mine back home.
It was a bright room with painted panels all around of creatures such as birds, beasts I didn't recognize, and beautiful dragons breathing fire, reminding me of the outside decoration of the boat.
I also noticed that there were three square windows that looked out towards the water.
This was a very clean room, I quickly notes. Very planned out, nothing in the room looked as though it didn't belong.
"It's nice isn't it?" Lucy asked.
I responded with a short nod of my head.
I have a feeling I'm going to like it here.
"Now lets get you some new clothes to change into" Lucy kindly proposed before opening up the closet, showing me that it was full of the most beautiful and charming clothes I ever laid eyes on. I didn't quite feel comfortable at the thought of wearing such old fashioned gowns. I don't believe myself worthy.
But before I got the opportunity to object, Lucy grabbed my hand pulling me towards the wardrobe looking as though this was an incredibly exciting task. Seeing her face, I gave in and joined her at looking through the dresses.

I awoke the next morning to the sound of people cheering. I forced myself to open my eyes so that I could head out to see what was going on.
