Wow. I can't even begin to describe it. It's been a couple of months since I last wrote you. Things have been great back here in Boston. It's my first semester and hell, this is what I wanna do for the rest of my life.
I was gonna text Melanie when I saw the old texts I sent you. And to think that we have been dating for two months now.
I met her on the metro station. She was sitting down on the bench. Some of her black hair was falling into her eyes and when her brown eyes met mine, I just knew I wanted to know her.
I still don't think I know her completely, but I want to. I still think of you every now and then, when I'm laying in bed and I can't seem to sleep. Or during class breaks or right after coffee.
I heard you were in Miami traveling, because you wanted to know the world before knowing what you wanted to be. I guess that's what I always loved about you. Your wanderlust, your free spirit and your desire to find your soul before finding your soul mate.
The metro just arrived. I miss you.
