I don't know what happened to Melanie. She just broke up with me. She told me that she was going to leave Washington because her parent's pressure was screwing up with her mind. I still remember the despair in her face.
She wanted to get out of here so badly. Just like you did. She told me to be happy. You two are alike in some concepts and that just makes me so fucking confused.
I keep thinking of how she also plays with her hair when she's nervous and how blue her eyes really are.
Maybe that's why I noticed her in the first place. Because she reminds me of you.
