"Your family's been looking for you!" Liam shouted.
I looked at him blankly, "Oh, really? Are you saying the truth?"
He nodded, then I nodded as well, "Then, I don't believe you."
"But, I said yes!" Liam puts his hand on his waist.
"No, you didn't," I said, "you only NODDED yes."
"She's so," Lay, who was brought beside the other four, started but was cut off with a purr that escaped from his lips.
"Damn realist," Gabe continued for him.
Lay growled, "Don't speak ill of my mate!"
Gabe shrugged, "You gotta admit, Lay. It's true." then added, "But it was not an insult."
Lay shook his head and continued staring at me. Liam furrowed his brows. Then he looked at me confused.
"I thought Alpha Alexander was your mate," he said.
"Lay here is my Nus-Mate," I smiled at Lay, then when Liam's sentence plunged itself on my brain, my head snapped to him, "A-A-Wait, Since when did he become an Alpha? He can't be, not until he finished the mating process. Plus, The Alphas, Betas, and Gammas can't mate with other wolves other than their mates."
"Not under certain circumstances," Laim mumbled.
I looked at Lay then to him, "Like what?"
"Alpha Tyler Freeman and his mate are murdered by rouges," Liam sat as invited him to sit with us, "they are looking for you, because an Alpha won't be an Alpha without his mate."
Lay growled and wrapped his arms around me, "She is MINE."
"A bit possessive there, eh?" I smirked at Lay.
Liam looked like he wanted to say something but he was debating with himself, internally. Jo clicked his tongue and made the sound that Lizards make, then he shook his head disappointed.
"He only realised what he's missing out on now?" Leah scoffed along with Ren, crossing their arms.
"Actually, two things," Liam held up two fingers, he puts the second one down and said, "First, he's actually searching for you so that the pack may be stronger," then he held up the second one again, "Second, there was this tale that was probably unheard of from you, but really tiring to hear for me and my old pack members."
"What is it, Liam?" Lay asked, his arm hanging limply around my shoulder.
"Well, Alphas that reject their mate, when that happens, the mate dies." Liam puts his elbow on the table.
I furrowed my brows, "What?"
"I-I don't know," Liam shrugged, "it was only a tale, to scare the daylights out of the teenagers."
"But, why didn't I die?" I asked.
A pair of warm arms surrounded my waist and whispered, "Because we're Supernus, we don't die."
I shivered and said, "Ok, even Wolf's Bane?"
"Nope,"
"Celestial Silver?"
"Nuh-uh,"
"Wooden Stake?"
"No,"
"Spells? Chants? Curses? Fire? Water? Wind? Swords? Anything?"
"Nothing,"
"Try it on me," I stood up and held my arms out.
"I'm not so-"
"Now,"
Lay looked at me and sent fire my way, when it neared me, nothing. Jo laughed and shook his head.
"We told you many times already," he said, "we can't die."
"I'm from the warlocks," Gabe told me, "I was born of a royal warlock couple on 1911. They all died in a war, except me and I didn't age since I turned 17."
"You were born on the Blood Moon Age?!" I exclaimed.
He corrected me, "Before it, it was held on March 13, 1928, at exactly 12:34am."
"You're supposed to be a grandfather now!"
"I am 102," Gabe admitted.
"one hundre-Leah, why date an old man?" I jokingly asked his mate.
"Wizard," Leah corrected in humor.
"Leah, for the thousanth time, I'm a Warlock!" Gabe told her.
We all laughed. I sat beside Lay as he put his arms around me. We chatted for a while and welcomed Liam into the family. After a few hours of talking, I stood up and went to the kitchen.
"What's for dinner, mum?" Jo asked jokingly.
"How does Italian sound?"
"Food!" Gabe shouted excitedly.
"He doesn't sound like a 102 year old man," I said preparing the ingredients.
"I'm 17, and hungry." Gabe shrugged.
