This other Lay has stayed longer than Alex and I thought. He never left the pack grounds. He led the training sessions. It was like he was the normal Lay.
I sighed and rolled to my side to look at him. I traced his features, everything is there. Except, I don't feel that this is my Nus-Mate. I'm really confused. I rolled back to my place and closed my eyes.
I suddenly felt the bed rise, as if Lay stood up from the bed. I rolled back again, pretending to be asleep. I felt him stay still for awhile, making sure I'm asleep then he went out of the room.

I shot up and followed Lay, hiding in the shadows. When we got out from the pack house, he sighed and raked his hand through his hair, which was starting to change into a lighter color, into a blonde. I knew it!
crack!
Oh, shit.
He turned to my direction swiftly. I stifled a gasp when I saw his face. I would never have thought that he would do this. I know his mate died, but, geez, this is just too much. Wait. Did he just do what I think he did?
Did he just morph into Lay?!
What is the meaning of this?!
He's one of us?
Or maybe one of those warlocks.
No, he can't be a warlock only, he has a wolf.
I bit my lip and concealed my scent. Lay, or should I say, Dimitri turned to the forest and ran. I followed.

After running for about a thousand years, we arrived at a manor. A gloomy manor, with grey walls and statues and tall trees. You know what I'm saying. The gate and pavements of the manor was laced with thorns and let me just say that, it looks impossible to cross.
For a human.
Not me.
Not him.
Not Lay.
Dimitri strolled down the road to the main doors of the manor like there were no thorns below his feet. I stepped up after he walked for a few feet away. I looked at my bare feet. Oh, I forgot to wear shoes. I turned my gaze unto the thorny path. I can do this.
I held on to the necklace that Alex gave me and walked on the thorns. I thought it would hurt, but it didn't. It felt like feathers below me. I looked at Dimitri and saw that he was already walking inside. I inhaled and ran to the door before it can close on me.
It was dark inside the manor. The only source of light was the moonlight that was seeping through the windows. I walked on and sniffed for Dimitri's scent.

I can't sleep.
I feel that something's not right. There's something going on. I sighed and sat up on my bed, opening the lampshade beside me. I stretched to reach the envelope that came along with the necklace. I opened it and took out the papers.
The first one was a letter. It was adressed to the Vampire, Claudio Stefan. It went on like this:
My Dearest Claudio,
I am deeply sorry for leading you to the hunters. Also, for leaving you in their hands. I do love you, so much more than you could think of, yet they threatened me that they would leave me with that man again. I regret not telling you about this...about your son and daughter. I was pregnant, of your children. I could never be happier, but they weren't like you, they are just like me. What did you call me before? Ah, a regular. They were regulars, just like me.
This is not just about your...our children, but about the man the hunters are always forcing me to. He is such a delusional person. He is so...powerful. He is out of his mind. He said that he lived longer than you have. He also said that he was called Dimitri.
I Love You, Sabrina Houven
14th of January 1011.
I looked at the other side of it and it had some weird drawings. I shook my head and looked at the other paper. It was some kind of a map, a map of this whole place. There were arrows drawn on it. From the Richmond town's library, to the place where I found Belle, to a place on the east side of this pack grounds. I looked on the back side and saw some writings.
2 Valens will sacrifice their lives
Only 1 boy for the girl will survive
Which girl will die that night?
She will vanish out of sight
The Demon who caused all this shall fall
It will end good, but not for all.
Beware of him, the evil white hue,
For he might even deceive you.
Holy shit!
What the hell is this?!
I pushed the sheets aside and quickly got dressed. I shoved the papers in my jacket. I got to hurry. I ran to my car and took out the map. Ok, Alex, you just have to out-run time.
I sighed and drove to the place where I found Belle. I got out of my car and stood infront of the trees. With a loud crack, they all made way for me. I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but one thing is for sure.
There's no turning back now.

The scent stopped infront of a big wooden door. It was left a little open and I saw him. Lay. I finally found him. Only, Dimitri was infront of him, holding a dagger above his head, ready to strike Lay.
"I'LL KILL YOU!!"
I'M SO SORRY!!!
I didn't put the names of those who voted. I'm so sorry!
