Meeting The Enemy

When I woke up it was 8am. We were running late we had to move. I got everyone up and ready to go. We went to the dock and got on a boat. That's when I felt it; I felt it inside me that he knew. The shadow figure knew we were alive and he was coming for us. I told everyone to hurry. The boat driver sped off.

You might be wondering how I knew that the shadow figure was coming. Ever since I was about 7 I always knew things. Whatever someone asked me I knew the answer to it and I'm not talking about what's the capital of Mexico I'm talking about what is going to happen like what someone's going to wear the next day. I always knew when people were looking for me and knew where I was (hint hint the shadow). When I wanted to know how someone felt about me I could figure it out. I don't know how to describe these feelings, they just happen. I tell myself it's just my instincts to just trust them. When I do I usually end up being right.

After about 12 hours we reached treacherous waters and the shadow had caught up to us. He would attack quickly. Without warning. I couldn't help but wonder how he would attack. With an explosion (like mom),poison, or sink our boat.  But just thinking wasn't going to save Seth, Sydney, and Zara.

"Go faster!  Go as fast as you can go!" I told the driver.

Without any hesitation he sped up super-fast.  My golden blond hair zinged behind me. My blue green eyes closed. I knew what was about to happen.  In a split second the boat hit a big rock and everyone flew out of the boat.  In midair I grabbed Sydney but missed Zara.  We hit the water.  It was freezing cold.  We came to the surface but I couldn’t see Seth or Zara.  Then Seth surfaced pulling Zara up with him.  Sydney and I swam to a big rock.  I put Sydney on the rock before I started to help Seth.

“Alice help, Zara she unconscious. Can you grab her please she’s getting heavy I can’t hold her much longer.” Seth said struggling.

I grabbed Zara and swam back to the rock.  Her golden brown hair was in two messy braids.  Her cloths were supper wet and he lips were blue from the cold.  She still looked like a princess waiting to be awakened by her prince. I helped Seth onto the rock when I got Zara safely up.

“Seth! What happened to your arm?” I said.  It was cut up and bleeding really badly all over his shirt.  It was swollen and supper red. He covered it up and said….

“It’s nothing, ya it hurts but it will be fine.” Seth tried to comfort me.

In fact I knew it wouldn’t be fine.  It was broken and might get infected if he didn’t get medical attention.  I didn’t want him swimming in this water.  It was dirty and had oil in it (from the boat engine).  But we needed help. The shadow figure wouldn’t give up.  Wait where was the shadow?  I looked around and saw him floating just about 13 yards away from us.  Why wouldn’t he attack?  That’s when I realized we were in the Bermuda Triangle.  I was glad but wondering where the shadow was made me wonder where the bout driver was.  Did he drown?  After we surfaced I didn’t see him.  I saw him fly past me and land right before us a little farther up than us.

“Seth stay here with Sydney and Zara. I’m going to swim to Bermuda to get help.” I said.

“No you can’t go alone.  I won’t let you.  You get hurt and I wouldn’t know it. You could be in trouble and no one would be there to help you.” Seth protested.

“What other choice do we have? If we don’t get help Zara could die and Seth your arm is just going to get worse.” I said.

“Well I don’t know about this.  It seems really dangerous. But ok.” Seth said.

“Thanks. Stay here and keep safe.” I said.  And with that I dove into the water and started swimming for land.

A/N: Sorry I haven't written in so long. School started and I got super busy.  I hope you all like it and please tell other people to read it please my goal right know is to reach 50 by my 5th chapter so please help me get there. I love reads and votes and i love to read comments tell me if you like it or not tell me how you think i could make it better and even what you think I should do with the story!!
