Driving down the block I saw two people in someone's Window I started to call for back up but decided to see what was going on. I parked my car and walked to the other side of the building I looked in the window And that's when I saw her. She was pouring some red paint on a little girl. Looking on confused as ever I looked up and saw a man throwing knifes around looking like a maniac. I got up to leave because this wasn't my call. I had a call come in about 15 minutes ago saying a lady was killing her step daughter. Getting back in my vehicle I looked at the address and I was right infront of the bulding. Pulling out my walkie talkie I called for back up. Once they arrived I left. Wondering what She was up to this time I called her. She didn't answer. But I made a mental note to talk to her about this later.
