I've always wanted to tell my friend that she should be nicer and kinder, but I'm afraid she'll misunderstand me and think that I'm saying she's mean when I don't mean that. What should I do?Dear Anonymous,My best suggestion is to find a time when she's doing something you dislike and bring it up to her. Don't say "see? I hate when you do that."
