Dear Kat...HELP!!
A boy at school is bothering me to DEATH. He's not very talkative, but follows me around. He tries to get me to laugh and picks on me. Not just picked on me like a guy would but annoying and hurting my feelings. I know he likes me and my two BFFs said so too but he doesn't know that we know...help me be rid of this crazy stalker!!

I kind of have the same problem. Except he hates on my guy best friend for 'stealing' me. Who knew? Welcome to my world, hun.
Anyway, just ignore him. If he doesn't stop, make it obvious that you don't want him around. If all else fails, be slightly mean. USE THAT AS A LAST RESORT. I repeat, use as a last resort. That is, if he doesn't tell you before he gets the message. If he tells you, let him down easy, but if he is really stalking you, use the last resort. Hard. I know it's harsh but it's working for me and I hope he'll stop bullying my guy friend.
