Natalia will now be played as Cyn Santana.

"Goodnight guys." I smile as everyone leaves. Making sure everything was clean and spotless, I lock up the salon and head towards my car. When I turned 23, my mom finally passed down the salon to me. After 4 years of being an owner, everything is running smoothly and everyone's seems to be happy.

My mom still works there, but not as much as before. The year she gave me ownership of the salon was the same year she had a heart attack. Apparently, our family has a long history of them. She's still strong for 48, but the doctors told her to relax more often.

Driving onto the highway, I turn on the radio. I couldn't help but roll my eyes as I heard the end of the song.

"Porque eres mi santa
Y solamente creo en Dios y en tí mi amor"

"And that was the Bronx native, Romeo Santos with his new hit, 'Mi Santa'. We'll have more music coming up soon."

That was the eighth time I have heard that song today. I have to admit, it was good. But I know that Anthony did not write it himself. He's too selfish for some shit like that. I don't understand how girls can be so obsessed with his lame ass.

After 10 years without seeing him, I still can't bring myself to forgive him. I'm probably being childish, but I never been at such a low point before. And I don't wanna point fingers, but he made me feel worthless and replaceable. Now, I don't miss him one bit.

Anthony went solo after Aventura broke up. Yes, the best friends had split up after so many years together. Rumors were circulating that the reason Aventura broke up was because of Romeo. I guess the boys were mad that Romeo got all the attention so they just ended it. They even went on TV and spoke about it. They all seemed very accepting about splitting so maybe we don't really know the real story. All I know is that millions of girls had broken hearts after hearing the news.

I finally reach the apartment complex and park the car. I finally had enough money to get myself my own apartment. My mom was so proud when I told her. So was Anthony's mom. Just because I don't like Anthony doesn't mean I dislike his mother. Once she heard what Anthony did, even she was disappointed in him.

I reach to the third floor and walk up to my door. Opening the door, I drop my keys on the table and walk myself into the kitchen. His back was facing me while he was cooking on the stove. I stay silent and reminisce the time when we met.

"Nati, how many platanos are you gonna buy? Them shits are gonna last you a whole year." Rosa stares as I fill my cart.

"Good. That means I don't have to leave the house for a year." Honestly, that sounds like a really good idea.

Rosa follows while I drive the cart into the cereal isle. Out of nowhere, another cart comes out of the isle and smashes into mine.

"Hey! Watch where you're going." I said angrily at the guy. For some reason he looked familiar. I guess he recognizes me because his eyes lit up and he grins.

"My bad, amor. I didn't mean to hit you. I was too blinded by your beauty to realize where I was going." The guy smiles and scratches the back of his neck. My anger washes away and I found myself laughing.

"That was super cheesy, but it was a cute attempt." I say, smiling back.

"Yeah, that was really cheesy but it made you smile so I think it was worth it." He pulls his hand out in front of me.
