Overview:

Meet Logan Cross. He's young, handsome, and absolutely brilliant. He roams the halls of Cross Academy as the boy genius, admired and loved by everyone around him. Except for one.

She's the only one who doesn't trail the prince like the puppy--in fact, they hate each other. That is, until the fateful day where secrets are uncovered.

Turns out your boy genius is a also a top class agent, and was chosen for the ultimate job of being the Princess of Cimeria's guard. Park's your princess, living undercover as a citizen of Paradise, Montana when she's actually the heir to the throne of a kingdom. Park and Logan must learn how to put aside their differences and get along, because Park is in grave danger. As they work together to put together the mystery of who wants Park's throne, they must face new complications and obstacles that will be much more difficult than just a school yard grudge.

Questions about the author...

When did you start writing?

Um, if you meant by writing on Wattpad then I would say since I was in eighth grade. And I've been writing since. If you mean writing in general, I have no absolute clue. I just picked up a pencil one day and started writing, and I haven't stopped since.

How would you describe your writing style?

This is a hard question. I would say descriptive? There are a lot of styles out there that my writing would fall under, so in the broad sense, I would say descriptive.

Which song describes who you are? What’s your favourite verse?

Somewhere in Neverland by All Time Low and Secrets by OneRepublic are my top favorite songs. My favorite line from Somewhere in Neverland would be the whole chorus. Same thing goes for Secrets.

What’s your biggest inspiration in life?

My biggest inspiration would be all the books, TV shows and movies around me. And my followers who still stick to my book no matter how weird it gets.

Who are the special people in your life?

My family and friends. Yep.

Questions about 'I'll Protect You'...

What inspired you to create characters like Logan and Parker?

Park is like a more annoying and more bold version of me. So I guess I inspired myself to write such a strange character.

Logan.....Logan is combination of everything I've fallen in love with and yet hated at the same time. He needs a lot of fixing. And I can't remember what made him exist. He's more like a product of everything that I liked when I made him.

What do you think is unique about your story?

Cimeria. Cimeria is a made up country. My country. It's the most unique thing because I have put so much time into the country and its history and its city and its monarchy. I didn't need to, but I wanted to. I could've Cimeria a shrouded, mysterious country but I made it really real. And I'm really proud of it.

Tell me something which nobody knows about Logan and Parker.

Park is a master in archery and she liked to put a face of her brother and/or Six's because she claims it fuels her accuracy.

Logan likes taking silly pictures with Park. Like, it's one of his favorite things to do on a date with her.

One sentence to describe the relationship between Archer and Alec.

Brotp.

Okay, who who doesn't get that, then Archer was a the brother to Alec that Flynn never got to be.

What trait of Parker can you most relate to?

Her love for fantasy and fictional things.

Which trait of Logan do you most like?

His protective streak.

Have you used any of your own experiences in the book?

Not really. I don't have that many experiences in my life that could be put into a story.

Which section did you most enjoy writing and why?

My favorite section was when Park and Sophia got taken, and Park fought off the guards. It just showed that she may be stupid, but she does have a backup plan and she can survive through her actions. Plus, all her fighting parts are my favorite because it shows her fixing and solving everything on her own because she knows she's capable of doing so.

Is there a message in your book that you want your readers to understand?

Not in my story, no. No clear one anyway--but then again, Park could serve as my message--she fights for what she believes in. You can, too.

One word to describe your book.

Unexpected

A message to your fans: I love each and every one of you and just know that I couldn't have made it this far without your help.
