"Okay guys," Coach started. "You guys really won't like this but we have to do a fundraiser that Coach Thatcher, the head of the sports department, set up. We have to put on a concert." Marissa and I groaned at the same time.
The boys were sitting across from us. "Wait," Alan said.
"We have to sing?" Josh deadpanned.
"Yes."
"NO!" Taylor, Alan, Josh, and I yelled at the same time.
"You either sing at this concert or you're off the team." I fell back on Marissa and groaned.
"You each have to sings two songs by yourself and you also have to preform in five other songs not including the two you sing by yourself and the 5 we have to do as a group. Girls have to do five and boys have to do five and then you have to do five as a huge group. So all together you have to sing seventeen songs. This is a huge deal guys, if we preform at this concert we could raise up and or over ten thousand dollars for the basketball program. So come to practice tomorrow having some ideas to sing. Mrs. Snow will be here to get the names of the songs you guys want to sing. Theme is Pop."
