As I spent the next day running errands I felt like someone was always watching me. I became very paranoid which was new to me. I was always looking over my shoulder and everyone noticed it to even my girl Jess. "Faith if you look over your shoulder again I'm going to slap the shit out of you ain't nobody behind us" Jess said as I turned back around and tried to finish lunch. "Girl I just don't know but anyways Rome wants to start a family you know get married, buy a house, get a dog, have a few kids but not in that order though" I said looking behind me again just on habit but when I turned around Jess's hand was right in my face ready to slap me. "Girl I thought I just told you ain't nobody behind you" she said as she slapped the shit out of me. As I sat there holding my right cheek from the stinging pain that was siring the side of my face, I seen someone move from the bushes into one of the tables out of the corner of my eye. "Jess what the hell man that shit hurts. Anyways what the hell we doing today besides sit here and chat because you know I got better shit I can be doing right now" I asked her as she took little bites off the chocolate cake she ordered for desert. She looked at me and smiled than shook her head in pointed to my stomach wanting to know what I was gone do about Rome's request. I took a bite of her cake and hunched my shoulders because I didn't even know what the hell I was gone do about it. I wanted to have his baby and be his girl permanently but that meant big comments and I don't think I'm ready for that. She shook her head as she started laughing at me, I looked at her crazy as she got louder and louder. "Now Faith you know damn well you gone give that man everything he asks for and than some. We both know you love him like your life depended on it, now pay the bill because I wanna go shopping" she said as she got leaving me still at the table. All I could do was smile because she was right about some things and she knew it. After paying the bill from the restaurant we left and spent the rest of the day at the mall just shopping and spending time together. When the mall closed I tried to drop her off at her place but she insisted I come in which I didn't want to I was tired and ready to lay down beside my man that I hadn't seen all day. I finally gave in when my arm felt like it was gone fall off from her pulling on it. I turned the car off and took some of her bags from her hand and walked with her to her front door, and even before I entered the house I could tell I made the wrong decision.
