Chapter 24 OF COURSE!

Kendra POV

I froze did he just ask me that question?

I wasnt ready to date anyone i didnt even see how anyone could even like me.

I mean i have been hurt so much by people using me when i was younger i could never date or trust anyone again if someone would ask me that question.

*Flashback*

I was in 6th grade i was walking through the halls with my best friend Sammy he was my friend since.

We walked out the door of the school.  He had brought me behind a tree.

'Would you be my girlfriend?' he asked.

I nodded not knowing.

'Of course.'

The next day i went outside looking for Sammy.

'Sam-' i stopped i glanced to my right almost fainting.

There was Sammy standing behind the same tree that he had asked me to be his girlfriend.

He was asking the same question to another girl Anabelle!

I just fled and hid myself from him but when we moved i had sworn that i would never remind myself of him.  That i was off to a better life.

*End of Flashback*

"Kendra, Kendra are you alright."

I shook myself out of the memory.

"Ya,ya i am alright."

"So what are you going to choose." he asked.

"Um-i think that i need to think about it and maybe get to know you more!" i said smoothly.

He nodded.

"Sure i know it was a slim chance but i was just going to try" he said.

***

*The next day*

I woke up knowing today was when the day was going to go down but i didnt know how.

I woke up ready for my job. 

I did get a call it was from Mrs. Hikle.

"Hi sweetie we need to you to babysit for my daughter Kaylee.  At 12:00 afternoon.We live in 45 Oak Valley.  Bye."

I put down the phone and looked at the time.  8:00!

I took a shower:

I quickly got dressed into:

brown short sleeve shirt with a flower on it on the right side.  Also a brown short silk skirt and brown sandals.

Science Fiction

I then played with Sugar.

I ate a french toast weirdly mom wasnt at the house.

I spotted a note on the door.

Dear Kendra,

I am going to be gone for a few days.  Dont worry about me i will be back on Monday.

Mother

Time went by really fast and soon i was leaving for the babysitting job.

When i got there i was excited. 

Each hour was $6

I had a bag that my mom bought for me it had everything that i would need.

Like: toys, food, water, activities, diapers ect.

I knocked on the door.

I was so surprised there standing was
