Chapter 29

Rachel's PoV;

I woke up to Jc gone, he won't answer my texts my calls, anything, I've even emailed him. I'm starting to get worried, he went to work but he should have been back 2 hours ago. All his stuff was here so he had to come back eventually. I made myself some breakfast and watched a movie, I wanted to consentrat on the movie so bad but I was so worried, what if he was hurt, what if he was in an accident, God only knows and I was praying to him that he was okay.

I showered and got ready, I was gonna go a drive, clear my head, sit in my favourite spot, I don't take anyone there, it's my spot. I didn't put much makeup on but enough to show that I was wearing some, I went downstairs, grabbed my car keys and left. I got into my jeep and drove listening to some music while I did. 10 minutes later I got there, I went into the boot of my car and pulled out a bottle of Arizona, fruit punch Arizona and sat over in my spot.
I sat looking over the top of the cliff, staring at the open water, watching the waves crash on top of each other.

About 40 minutes after just sitting listening to music i got a phone from an unknown number, I usually don't answer them but I thought maybe it would be Jc, or at least someone who knew where he was, and I was right, but not how I wanted to be.

"Hello is this Rachel, Jc Cayeln's Girlfriend?" a strangers voice said very sophisticatedly

"Yes this is she, who's calling?"

"This is the sheriff from LA Police Station, we have Jc here and we need someone to come pick him up, this is the number he gave us"

I started to freak out, standing up and rushing over to my car "Yes ok sure I'll be right there"

"Thank you mam, see you in a bit" He said smartly

I hung up and drove as fast as I could, thoughts racing through my mind, what could he have done that's so bad he ended up in a jail cell, oh god. I got to the police station and ran inside

"I'm here for Jc Caylen?" I said quickly

"Sure just sign these forms out and I'll go get him" the man said smiling

"What did he do?" I said nervously

"He broke a teenage boys jaw, one of his friends phoned the police but the boy who he assulted isn't pressing charges, we just found this out and called you, we needed someone to get him home safe"

"Oh my god I'm so sorry for his actions, do you have the name of the boy he assulted you could tell me?" I asked sliding the papers back over to him

"Thank you, Zac Effron I believe his name was, he's in the hospital now, broken jaw and broken ribs I think, they are keeping him in overnight, do you know him?" the man asked signalling another officer to get Jc showing him Jc's name

"He's my ex boyfriend, he cheated on me and I think that's why Jc did what he did" I said feeling like an idiot.

"Oh wow, you better talk to him!" he said pointing over to Jc

I looked at him in complete discust for making me look like an idiot

"Thank you officer, I'm sorry he wasted your time"

"Not a problem at all, your lucky you've got someone like her young man, don't do anything stupid!" he said looking at Jc

"Come on you" I said to Jc still not happy with him, he hadn't said a word yet

We got into the car and I just sat there hoping he would say something but he didn't

"Are you outta your mind!?" I shouted at Jc "You've put him in hospital!"

"I just wanted him to feel as much pain as you did when he cheated on you thats all" he said sounding sad "I'm sorry"

"We are gonna go to the hospital right now and you're gonna apologise to him" I said

"I really don't want to do that, I feel like a dick"

"Good! cos you are one!" I said firmly "and you don't get a choice" I said smiling sarcastically
