Not Human

I quickly ran into my apartment and slammed the door tight behind me, locking it immediately after. I ran over to the kitchen, closed all the window blinds, locked them shut, and did the same for all the windows upstairs. I had also made sure that all the possible entryways were latched tightly closed, I was secretly fortunate that I didn't have a garage. By the time I was done, I was completely out of breath. I rested my hands on my knees, trying to catch it. Something-or someone, was chasing me down the block just as I finished my evening run. The reason I say something, was becasue, it didn't feel like a human being, but it didn't feel like an animal either.

I let my head fall onto the comfy couch as I let out a nervous, but relieving sigh. Something felt so wrong. Even though I was in my house, safe and locked away, it felt like someone was still in here with me, which scared the hell out of me, because I had locked the door right after I ran in, so there was no possible way anyone could've gotten in.

A terrible ache began to plague my head as there was a loud knock at my front door. My heart sunk, as I knew that whoever/whatever was there, wasn't good.

I didn't move for a good five minutes until the knocks finally ended. They had gotten more intense as the time went along. Since I thought they'd stopped, I got up to look through the peep hole in my door, curious to see if this was all a joke or if the person was still standing there. Holding my aching head, I got up and looked out, but there was absolutely no one there. No one, not even a trace.

I suddenly felt a breeze of cold air brush the back of my neck.

I turned around, and there standing right against me, was a man, who stood about 5 feet and 11 inches, with piercing, evil green eyes, and brilliantly tanned skin. Despite his good looks, he just seemed so, cold; especially with his evident grin, platered on his face. He didn't blink, and I don't really recall seing his chest move like he was breathing. This scared the hell out of me, but I felt like I was in a trans, and I couldn't move.

His mouth suddenly opened as if he was about to talk, and thats when I really freaked. I saw two large, sharp fangs in place of where your canine teeth should be at.

I let out a blood-curdling scream when I saw that, thinking this was all a dream and if I screamed, I'd wake back up, like in the movies, but after I stopped screaming, he was still standing there, laughing and shaking his head. This was all so real.

"Screaming will not help, so stop it. No one will be able to hear you." He said coldly. How can no one hear me, if my neighbors live right next to me, and I just screamed as loud as I could?

"When I knocked at the door, why didn't you answer, bonita?" He asked, leaning closer into me, putting his hand on the wall, right next to me, almost like he was trying to say, you're not going anywhere. I closed my eyes and broke eye contact with him, because not only was he scary, but at the same time, sexy. His eyes, had this type of sexy, seductive look to them, and it put me into a trans that I needed to snap out of.

"Look at me." He commanded, coming even closer to my face, we were almost kissing. His breath was ice cold, and gave me shivers all the way to my soul. I opened my eyes and turned my head to the side, so I was facing his arm. I just couldn't look into his piercing things we call eyes. His veins in his arm were bulging, and dark, as if they were like black or dark blue, which wasn't humanlike.

He started laughing again, "You have a mouth right?" His tone was demanding and forceful.

He suddenly, grabbed my jaw and attacked my lips aggressively. His lips meshed with mine for about 30 seconds before everything just went black.
