avery's pov : Today went by pretty fast and I couldn't help but feel bad about what me and Carl did. That would hurt Debbie. And I hated lying to my best friend. I pushed all the thoughts aside and got ready for another day at school! ugh! though this week is the last week before summer holidays. Fuck yes.
Today my hair was lightly curled. I picked out an outfit and quickly got changed (outfit below).

I grabbed my back pack and phone, slipping on some pretty white sandals and skipping down stairs. "Morning honey" Fiona kissed my forehead, I gave her a small smile grabbing a waffle and sitting with everyone else for breakfast. "Where's Debbie?" Fiona asked everyone. "She left early to study at the library, she told me to tell you" I lied. "Okay, what time did she head out?" "An hour and a half ago I think" I smiled hoping there were not awake then. She nodded and continued sipping her coffee. Phew.
"It's almost 8, you two better head to school" Fiona said to me and Carl. Well this is gonna be awkward. We nodded and said bye to Liam and Fiona. "So babe, lied to Fiona" Carl smirked. "What?" I asked confused, what was he talking about. "Debbie isn't studying she was with Jake" He knew. "Um no she's studying for a physics test" I lied. "I can tell when your lying baby girl" he smirked. "If he sleeps with my sister I swear to fucking god I will fucking kill him" he angrily mumbled. He's hot when he's mad. "Thanks kitten" he winked. "Oh shit I said that out loud didn't I?" I blushed. He nodded slowly. "You know I can still taste you." "Ew Carl!" I playfully shoved his side. Soon we arrived at school and we walked our separate ways. I called Debbie to see where she was since we had 10 minutes before the first bell. "Debs" I smiled as we approached each other. "Hey aves" she returned the smile. "How was last night" I winked. "Amazing he's so hot! And he's so good at it" she smirked making me laugh. "I got you off the hook with Fiona" I smiled. "Thanks heaps I'll pay you back promise" she said relieved. "But Carl found out" I sighed. "Eh it's okay, he's really good and picking up a lie." She rolled her eyes.
Skip to Detention - After saying goodbye to Debbie I headed to detention. I signed in and took my seat, today we had a different teacher he looked strict but very tired I hope he falls asleep soon. The door opened and in came Carl. He sat in the seat right next to me. Great. "Yay Mr Green, he'll fall asleep in an instant" he whispered excitedly. "How could you be so sure?" I asked. "Well in 3,2,1 andd he's out" I look over to Mr Green and he's fast asleep. "Let's go" he stood up turning to leave , then swinging his back pack on his shoulders. I followed his actions and we sneaked out heading down the halls. He pulled me into the janitor closet? "I'm horny babe and that could only mean one thing" even though it was dark with no light, I could still see his signature smirk. "No thanks" I spoke nervously turning around to open the door and leave. "Not so fast" he stopped me. "Let loose baby, and you need to pay me back for last night anyways" he began pulled his zipper down and made me go on my knees. So after that happened he pulled me up to his torso and connected his lips with mine, meanwhile all me problems drifted away and the only thing I wanted was Carl. The only thing I cared about was Carl.
"Hey guys" I said walking through the door. "Avery? Where have you been" Fiona asked. "After school maths help" I lied. "Aw aves are you having trouble?" Lip asked. "A bit." I fake sighed. "I'll tutor you sometime" he smiled and I nodded thanking him before joining them for dinner. Phew that was close! No one can know we were in detention at least not me. Not even five minutes later Carl walked through the door with a massive smirk aimed at me. "Carl Francis Gallagher where have you been?! I was worried sick" Fiona said eyeing Carl. "Out with friends." He mumbled taking a seat at the table. "Unbelievable" Fiona mumbled under her breath. I felt my phone vibrate under the table so I unlocked and read the message I received from Debbie. While making sure no one else could see. Debs : I've got a surprise for you xx Me : what is it? xox Debs : we'll go to my room? xx I looked at Debbie and then we both got up from our seats and thanked Fiona before heading up to her room.
"So missy what's the surprise?" I asked. She smirked turning around and getting something from her bag. She pulled out a small bag with what looked like 10 joints. I gasped, "Debbie how did u get that?" "Carl's dealer" she smirked putting a joint in between her lips and lighting it. "Debbie isn't this wrong?" I asked worriedly but she handed me a joint anyway. "For a Gallagher? Pfft No. It's a daily intake" she chuckled. I nodded and let her light mine. Slowly inhaling and exhaling the joint I felt at ease, i felt as if I was living on edge, like I had no worries. I put on 'I'm Sorry by Swell' on Debbie's speaker and we continued to talk about anything and everything while having a laugh. It was a good night.
Next Day
carl's pov - "Hey bro" I said approaching Jake. "What's up man?" He was leaning against a wall with a cigarette in his mouth puffing out the smoke every two or so seconds. He was in a sort of daze so I followed his eyes and saw my sister and Avery?! "Uh Carl do you think it would be okay if I took out your sister tonight?" I chuckled "Whatever. Have you's banged get?" I hoped he hadn't because I'd knock all his teeth out of his mouth. "Uh no bro" he awkwardly looked away. Fucking lying prick. "She's really unique and beautiful, I think I really like her" he rambled on. "I know and if you ever hurt her I swear I'll break both of your fucking legs" I threatened. "Okay man I swear I won't hurt her" he held up his hands in surrender. We both leaned back on the wall and looked at Debbie and Avery, well he looked at my sister as I looked at her hot best friend. They caught us looking and we quickly looked away.
The day went by fast, thank fuck. And now I'm heading to detention. "Hey" I smiled taking the seat next to Avery. "Hi" she blushed, she's so cute. "I've got an idea, follow me" she followed me as we snuck out for the hundredth time this week. "Where are we going?" her soft voice asked. "You'll see" I grabbed her hand and headed towards the old play ground one block over from school. She gasped, "I love playgrounds" I smiled at her cuteness before joining her on the swings. We talked for a bit before walking around the streets of south side. "I've got an idea" she smirked. Damn I love that smirk. Snap out of it Carl! I followed her to a small grocery store, we walked in and went to the candy section. She picked out heaps before stuffing them in her bag and her bra. I smirked at her. My little badass. I stuffed some in my pants, "Run" she whisper shouted. We bolted off ignoring the cashier's screams. We continued running and hid behind a dumpster attempting to catch our breath. "Your hot when you act like a badass" I flirted. My gaze went to her lips as she licked them. I didn't even think twice before smashing my lips against hers, the kiss was so passionate and soft. I felt something like sparks? Slowly I felt myself falling for her a bit more.
