Chapter 13

Ella's POV

"So explain to me why you are here." I told Matthew while we were waiting for Hunter and Skye to get done with her check up. Mom and dad also should be here soon.

"Because dad didn't want to split me and Skye up. Or all of us up. So he took a call and they offered him a job with your dad. We moved here on Friday but we were unpacking all weekend so I wasn't able to text any of you. Your parents knew all along. My dad called them and told them a week before we moved. It's been a long month without you guys there. Alec. You remember him. Skye's ex. Yeah well he went into loner status when she moved. He took everything the worse. Just shut everyone out. It was pretty bad." He told me.

"Wow. Did Bailey come with you?" I asked him.

"Yes. She didn't come to school today because she was sick. She should be at school tomorrow. Oh and dad wants to see you all. He missed you guys too." He said with a smile.

"We could have dinner tomorrow." I suggested.

"Sounds like a good idea." I heard dad behind me. "Now where is my little girl?" He asked looking around.

"She is still getting looked at. Hunter is in there with her. They need to check her for a concussion and then they might need to advance the surgery. Alan might have broke it more. He held her down with his knee on her broken arm. Put as much pressure as possible on it." I told him. He nodded and him and mom sat down. They don't get worried a lot. They know she will be okay. We all do.

Thirty minutes later Hunter and Skye came over to us. She had a smile on her face.

"Well I do have a slight concussion but my arm is fine. He just broke my finger." She said wiggling her finger that had a little cast on it. I giggled and hugged her.

"You're crazy." I told her.

"I got that from my older sister." She said with a smile.

"By two minutes." I told her. She just shrugged.

"Can we go somewhere to eat. I'm starving." She told us. We all laughed a little. Lucas and them had to go back to school because the principal made them.

"Yeah me too." Matthew said.

"Shut up. I'm mad at you because you didn't tell me you were coming here." Skye said with a pout.

"I saved you did I not?" He said. She glared at him. Then a big smile broke out on her face.

"God I missed you." She said hugging him with her good arm. He chuckled and hugged her back.

"Let's go eat already." I whined.

"Fine." She mumbled walking out. We all rolled our eyes and followed her. Me, her, and Matthew hoped into moms car. Hunter went with dad.

"Where do you want to eat?" Mom asked us.

"Can we go to that really amazing café thing that we went to last week?" Me and Skye asked at the same time. She nodded and told dad where to go.

Skye's POV

"Where's Bailey?" I asked Matthew. She was his younger sister. At exactly a year younger. They have the same birthday just different years.

"At home sick. She's coming to school tomorrow. So since I didn't stay but like ten minutes today it will be both of our first days." He said rolling his eyes.

"Be honest with me. How much did you miss me?" I ask him with a smile.

"More than anything." He said with all honesty in his voice.

"Awe. I love you Matt." I told him.

"I love you too Skye." He said with a smile. We have finished our food and was on our way to the house. Matthew was going to stay with us until his dad got off of work. He called Bailey and asked her if she wanted to come over but she said she just wanted to sleep.

"I'm sleepy." I told them when we got home.

"The doctor said you need to stay up for at least three hours until you go to sleep. You still have an hour left." Hunter said. I glared at him and he just shrugged. So I sat on the couch and turned the tv on. PPL was on so I decided to watch that. It was a rerun but oh well.

"You know dad told me that you knew about us moving here. Am I right?" Matthew asked mom and dad. They both nodded.

"And you didn't tell me?!" I jumped off the couch yelling.

"Nope." Mom said.

"Why?" I asked her.

"It was a surprise. We even got you the same schedule." She said. I narrowed my eyes at her and then smiled. I sat back down on the couch and started watching my show again. I heard someone at the door so I jumped up and was there before anyone else. I was opening it as I was sticking my tongue outta everyone.

"You haven't changed one bit." I heard a man chuckle. I stuck my tongue back in and looked at him.

"Hey Bobbie." I said hugging him.

"I missed you kiddo." He said hugging me back. "Now about that arm. I heard what happened. And honestly. The arm will heal. But that fight that you were in yesterday. You knocked how many people out?" He said chuckling.

"Like two or three." I said with a shrug. He just tooled his eyes and came in. He greeted everyone and dad told him that they are coming over here for dinner tomorrow and he agreed.

"Well we better get going. Bailey called and was complaining that I was taking to long. She asked me to bring her food." He said rolling his eyes. We all laughed and they left.

"Can I go to bed now?" I asked. Hunter checked the time and nodded. So I happily left them saying goodnight and went to my amazing bed to go to sleep. And that's exactly what I did as soon as my head hit the pillow.
