Chapter 22

It's been four months since the accident. Alec moved here and lives two doors down. We are dating and have never been better. Lucas is still my best friend. Annoying ass but still my best friend. Andrew is coping with Kyla's death. He still has us. Ella and Dean are still a cute couple. Bailey and Jared are still together and they are both very annoying. Matthew is still Matthew. Ryder has his days where he doesn't want to talk to anyone or see anyone. And we respect that. Jackson came back to school after two weeks of being gone, doctors orders, and he saw my baby bump and literally freaked out. Danica is no longer the queen bee. Everyone that once followed her left her. So she is alone now. The jock that beat me up the day Matthew came here well is now one of our best friends. Don't ask how because honestly I'm not sure how. Then there's me. Well I finally found out the gender of my baby. I'm having a healthy baby boy. I couldn't be more excited. Each of us picked one name.

Mine: Jordan.

Hunter's: Noah.

Ella's: Robert. 

Matthew's: Matt. I actually kinda like it. But don't tell him because I made a big deal about it being shortened of his name.

Bailey's: Landon.

Lucas's: Riley.

Jared's: Bentley.

Dean's: Nathan.

Andrew's: Xavier.

Ryder's: Parker.

Alec's: Carter. 

And the adults voted. It was between three names. Xavier, Bentley, Riley. So they voted again. And the two top names were Xavier and Riley. They tied. So there was another vote. This time including everyone including us. And the name picked was Xavier. Andrew was excited that his name got picked.

"How's our little one doing?"  Alec asked kneeling down kissing my belly.

"He's being a butt right now. Wouldn't let me sleep last night." I tell him. He laughed and stood back up and grabbed my hand.

"Shall we get to class?" He asked me. We have every class together so we sit together and Matthew sits with us.

"I guess." I say and we start walking to class.

"Skyler. Alec nice of you to join us." Our teacher said.

"Sorry Xavier was being a butt and didn't let me sleep last night. So when I finally fell asleep an hour before my alarm I didn't wake up. That's why we are late. Sorry." I say with a smile.

"Then how did your sister get here before you?" She asked.

"Simple. She didn't wake me up." I say turning around to glare at her. She just smiled.

"Oops." She said and went back to working. Our teacher just smiled and told us to go sit down.

"Hey Skye." Matthew said when we sat down.

"Hello. Goodnight." I said put my head down and fell asleep. I heard them laugh.

"Goodnight." Alec whispered and kissed my head. I smiled and then fell asleep. Which was interrupted by the stupid bell.

"Just kidding." I said and got up. Well got up with the help of Alec and Matthew. Six months pregnant and Xavier is huge already. Sometimes I wonder if there are two of him. But they only found one of him.

"You will survive." Matthew tells me.

"Shut up." I tell him and walk away. Or wobble away.

"Skye can you slow down?" Alec asked jogging next to me.

"Can you walk faster?" I ask him. He grabbed my hand and we continued to walk.

We are at lunch now and everyone but me are eating.

"Why aren't you eating?" Hunter asked me. I lifted my head up ad looked at him. I blinked my eyes multiple times to get rid of the sleepiness.

"Are you talking to me?" I asked him.

"No I'm talking to that boy across the room that isn't eating." He replied. I turned around and saw the boy he was talking about.

"Oh go ask him then. He might tell you." I said and put my head back down. Alec chuckled and rubbed my back.

"Skye I was talking to you. Know why aren't you eating?" Hunter asked again. I kept my head on the table.

"Because I don't feel good. Xavier won't stop moving." I said.

"Oh. Do you want me to call mom and see if she can come get you?" He asked me.

"No she is working." I tell him.

"You know she will come get you. Did you forget that she carried three if us. She knows what it's like." He tells me. I shook my head and closed my eyes.

"I'll just sleep." I tell him.

"I'm taking her home. I'll stay with her." Alec says. I look up and he's already up waiting for me. I took his hand and he helped me up.

"Matthew get our work for us please." I tell him and we walk to the office letting them know why we are leaving.

"Can I do something for you?" Te lady at the front asked.

"Yeah we want to go home I'm not feeling to good. And he is going to stay with me until my family gets home." I tell him.

"Okay. I hope you get better." She said looking down at my stomach. I rolled my eyes and turned to walk out. Alec grabbed my hand and we left to his car.

We got to my house and walked in.

"Okay I want you to go lay down. I'll be right here if you need me." He tells me pointing to the living room.

"I'll just lay on the couch." I said walking to the couch. He nodded and went to my room to get me some pillows and blankets. I laid down and closed my eyes.

"Here is some pillows. And a blanket." He said covering me with the blanket and lifting my head to put the pillow under it. He sat down at the foot the couch and picked my feet up and put them on his lap. He turned the tv on and started watching a show that came on.

"Goodnight princess. Love you." He whispered when I was in between consciousness.
