The Alphas Girl

New surroundings

I woke up in a dark room, the only light was coming from a little crack in the curtains on my far right, the pain in my head was gone, and the one in my leg had reduced massively. I sat up and realized i wasn't on the cold hard ground of one of the cells or the forest floor instead i was in a bed and big, warm, cosy bed. BED? how did i get in a bed? and whose bed was it?

I quickly pulled the covers of me and discovered that i was still fully dressed, thank god. Although there was a rip in my jeans at the bottom of my right leg, and where there used to be a massive bite mark, had now be cleaned and bandaged up.

I sat up and swung my legs round until they were on the floor, still not knowing where i was was making me anxious. It had been a long time since i had slept in a bed and i can honestly say i have missed it so much. My whole body felt relieved, i was no longer tired or aching, all in all i felt the best i had i ages.

My mind drifted back to when i was in the prison cells, before i blacked out, what had even happened, why did i black out? then i remembered that blonde guy had gone to get the alpha and my wolf started going crazy for some reason. Then i blacked out before the alpha even got there, so where was i now?

I walked over to the door and just like i thought it would be it was locked, great maybe i aren't as safe as i thought. I walked over to the window to see if i could escape out of there, but again it was locked.

I knew i couldn't stay here, although they had healed my wound and my headache was gone, something wasn't right i could feel it. My wolf hadn't even made an appearance since i had woken up, so god knows whats wrong with her.

In defeat i slumped to the floor by the window and thought back to happier times.

5 years ago-

I watched as all the other kids played with each other, they were playing some game which consisted of one hitting the other while shouting tig then the other would have to run to hit another person and shout the word tag, they did it over and over again. They never asked me to play though, it looked fun but instead i just sat here and watched.

'hey watcha doin big head?' I heard a voice that belonged to none other than my best friend Jase.

' Why don't you go and play with them huh?' he said as he nudged my shoulder

' They haven't asked me and whenever i go over they just ignore me' i retorted, Jase smiled at me and laughed.

' Fine, come with my then, we can do some extra training' he said. A big grin spread across my face, recently Jase had had to do a lot of training as when he was older he was going to be one of the pack fighters, so because of that i hadn't seen him a lot lately, but whenever he was free he'd always come and find me and teach me the new skills he had learnt.

'Okay so when i hit you, i want you to use your right arm to block my attack, got it?

I nodded in reply,  we were in the forest we were always came to train, i was standing feet shoulder length apart waiting for Jase's hit, and when it came i was ready, i quickly ducked my head out the way and use my arm to fend of his punch.

'Good job Rose, now another thing, when in a fight they're not just going to try and hit you once, so you need to learn how to block all incoming attacks, so go to hit me and ill show you what to do' 

I did as he said and for the next twenty minutes i was blocking punches left right and center, considering  i was only 12 , i was getting pretty good at this had Jase had so kindly pointed out.

'Great Rose, now you need to learn how to punch properly without damaging your own hand'

And so i did, for the next couples of hours we kept on training, until it became dark outside and i was completely shattered, noticing this Jase said we can continue this next time and began walking back to the pack. 

Because i was apparently walking to slow in my tired state, He picked me up and carried me all the way back, when we reached the pack house, the Alpha and my dad were outside, in deep conversation, i overheard a bit of the conversation before they spotted us.

'The rogue problems getting worse Henry, two of our men got took down today, they said there was to many of them to take on, even our best fighters were struggling' The alphas voice was stern, he was angry but you could tell he was trying to hold it in as he was usually a calm, gentle man.

I know Alpha, our pack isn't strong enough to fight them all of, maybe we could call an alliance with the Blood moon pack, they would sure be able to end this once and for all' my dad replied.

' Yes, i'll give the alpha a call and see if we can make a visit to their pack sometimes this week, as i fear that we are in deep trouble and can't ho'

 he stopped and both men looked up when they noticed our presence.

'ahh Jason, Rose what are you doing out so late?' The alpha asked

' We just went for a walk in the woods, we didn't realize how late it was, sorry Alpha'

'no no, its no worries, just be careful its not as safe as it used to be' He replied.

'yes alpha' Was all Jase said before he handed me to my dad, who didn't look to pleased with our antics but none the less he didn't say anything.

He walked us back to our living area in the pack house and carried me to my room and laid me on the bed.

'Goodnight sweetheart' was the last thing he said before he kissed me on the forehead and walked out, closing the door behind him.

I was dragged out my thoughts yet again, when the door knob to the room i was turned and in walked in the blonde guy from the cells.

'Thank god  your up finally, the alphas been waiting for you' he said as he closed the door behind him and locked it and started walking closer to me.

'There's a lot of questions we need you to answer for us'

With that he sat on the unmade bed across from me, staring at me for a response, instead i just looked at the floor not daring to say anything.
