Brother?

'Yes brother' Nicole says, while i just stand there shell shocked at this new found information .

I then asked the most stupid question possible 'how?'

Damien scoffs and gives me a stupid look, 'how do you think huh? we have the same parents obviously'

Nicole punches him in the arm 'Damien, theirs not need to be so rude, Rose hasn't done anything wrong, Why were you looking for her anyway?' she asks

Wait? what? she doesn't know.

Me and Damien look at each other for a second then back at Nicole, then back to each other.

'Wait are you two...?

'Mates?' i say glumly

Damien nods, when Nicole looks at him for confirmation

'AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH' Nicole screams, causing me and Damien to both cover our ears.

'omg, omg this is so great, your two are mates, finally you found her' she says looking at Damien he gives her a knowing look, but it doesn't seem to phase her 'So wait, why were you trying to get away from him? she asks now turning her questions to me.

'ummm, well I, you see...' I say but end up not making sense.

'Nicole leave I need to speak to her alone' Damien shouts, his anger rising up again, the only thing I wanna do is run over to him, wrap my arms around him and calm him down, but i decide agaisnt it, as hell probably think I'm a freak.

'oooh okay, of course I'll leave you two alone, in the woods, where no one can see you, so you can do whatever you like' She says while floating around the two of us giving me weird looks.

'Nicole' Damien warns

'okay okay, keep your knickers on, i'm going, But don't hurt her alright' she says while poking Damien's chest, he nods and she walks off, before shes completely out of view and ear shot, she turns around and shouts 'oh Rose have fun' while adding a little wink at the end. My cheeks turn completely red as Nicole bursts out laughing and continues walking.

When were alone, Damien just stares at me while i stare at anything but him.

he breaks the silence first

'What was that?' he asks, I raise my head to look at him and notice then he has black swirling around his eyes.

'What shes your sister?' I add, i'm not completely sure whats hes on about but i'm guessing hes on about what Nicole just said.

'not that' he hisses 'you trying to escape' I see a hurt expression flit across his face, but its gone faster than it was there.

'What did you expect me to do, sit tight until you came back to me kill me? I don't think so- of course i was going to try and get out, i need to find Jase' i say with a burst of confidence.

He growls when i mention Jase, hes eyes have now turned completely black and he starts getting closer and closer to me until  hes right in front of me.

'And who is this Jase guy to you' He spits out, I take a step backwards trying to get away from him

'Urrm.. he's my errr... my.. my' you Clear you throat and try again ' hes my friend' You say

'He was with me the other day, but your guards they took him and then i got him out and then they started chasing us, but i tripped and fell down, and jase well jase kept running, i was about to get up and go after him but someone hit me on the head with a rock and then well i passed out.

'Someone hit you on head? who was it, ill rip there face off' Damien says as he begins pacing around the woods.

Why would he kill one of his wolves for hurting me, I thought he didn't care, I decide to ask

'Why do you care?'

he stops pacing and turns to look at me, before i know it he slams me into a tree and grips my waste so i cant move.

'Why do i care, why do i care? I'll tell you why, because from the moment i met you your all i think about, your all thats on my mind, its like your indented into my brain, i cant think straight when your around, cant think at all actually, and the thought of anyone touching you, hurting you, hurting whats mine!, well they don't deserve to live' He shouts, i just stare at him, again in shock, i have no idea what to say or do, i just stand there awkwardly looking at his shoulder.

His really big muscly shoulders, that would be great if they were wrapped round me, or if they were..

Oh no, the thoughts are back again, Damien's grip tightens on my waist, he leans into my neck and inhales deeply, i instantly calm down and i can feel him doing the same.

'Come back with me?'he asks looking like a little lost child

How could i resist when hes looking at me like that, i can see the hurt in his eyes, hes trying to hide it but failing miserably, he was hurt that i tried to escape, hurt that i left, hurt that he hurt me.

I nod and he smiles and picks me up, I look at him confused 'The doctor said you shouldn't be walking on your leg for at least a week, the bites healed, but you smashed one of your bones' he states.

I didn't actually realize till now that my leg is throbbing, i just assumed it was better since the cut was gone, I nod and relax in his arms as he carries me back to the pack house.

This is all so wrong, yet it feels so right, how am i supposed to get away from him now?

I snuggle into his chest and soon become tired, not caring about where I am I doze of in to a comfortable sleep.
