'ROSE RUN!' was the last thing i heard from Jase before the mind-link got cut off.

What had happened? it couldn't off been rogues he would of warned me, it had to be something else. He told me to run but i couldn't, i couldn't leave him, not like how i left my family, i wouldn't do that again. I sat up and looked at my leg, how was i going to help him with a bust up leg? I shifted into my wolf knowing id have more of a chance in my wolf form. As soon as i do i hear her in my head. something was wrong with her she was overly hyper even for her.  She hasn't spoke to me for ages, even when i shift she stays in the back of my mind so you can imagine its quite a surprise when she pops up yelling at me to go and find Jase. 'Oh, nice to know you still exist' i state. 

' Come on rose we dont have time for this, it was better of me staying to the back, you never listen t anything i say anyway, but right now we need to go and help our friend'

She was right i had to find Jase and make sure hes okay. 

'Well hes obviously not okay, we cant even mind link him' my wolf hisses at me. Yet again she was right if the mind link wasn't working that would mean that his wolf had come into contact with silver, which was definitely not a good sign.

I run towards the direction that jase went in and quickly pick up his scent i continue running through the woods until i see him.

There are about 5 wolves round him, 2 pinning him down and just as i thought, they had places silver chains around his hands and feet. when i looked down at Jase i noticed that he had passed out. 'or been knocked out' my wolf says. Yeah yeah, that as well.

Jason's POV

I was still mad at rose, i mean i know she didn't do it on purpose but she doesn't realize how dangerous things can be. I shouldn't of really ignored her though, i get it shes tired of running and hiding, its isn't exactly a life were living, were just surviving the only way we know how.

I was currently off, trying to find food for me and Rose, i smiled as i remember yesterday when she caught that rabbit for us i mean it was small but it did the job. we haven't had a full meal for over four years so anything we got was great.

I was to busy in my own thoughts that i didn't realize i had crossed over onto a pack border, It was when i heard wolves howling and running towards me that i noticed. Me and Rose were always careful when travelling that we didn't cross on to another packs territory, as is it punishable by death, you are seen as a threat, and packs don't take threats very well. I immediately started running back into the direction that i came from but it was to late i could hear the wolves from the pack gaining upon on me. I had to warn Rose and fast.

'Rose' i said to her through mind link, my voice sounded desperate. When i didn't get a reply i called her again, but no reply, damn i hope she has't blocked the mind link from me.

'Rose can you hear me' i finally felt the connection come back and quickly shouted to her

'ROSE RUN!' right then a wolf jumped on me knocking me down to the ground, while the others circled around, snarling and baring their back teeth to me, i glanced around and that's when it him me. Shit! I was in the Blood Moons territory.

ROSE POV-

I looked around at the wolves and the men. Yeah they definitely weren't rogue, which means that Jase had crossed onto a pack border, but which pack was this- i don't know? they seemed to hold a lot of authority. Usually when a rogue passes onto a packs territory they kill it straight away, but thank god they didn't kill Jase instead they started dragging him away, i'm guessing towards the dungeons? or pack house?

I had to help him, but i didn't know how, if i crossed onto the border they'd do the exact same thing to me.

' well we cant just leave him' my wolf says

'i know, i wasn't even thinking about that, we just need to figure out a plan, Jase would know what to, but unfortunately hes the one that needs saving' i reply, starting to get angry that she even thinks i would leave him, does she not know me at all.

JASE'S POV-

They must of knocked me out because i don't remember much after that and when i woke up i was locked in a dirty old cell, the smell of damp that osculated round in the wind was enough to many anyone sick, the smell of death and misery also coating the air. That's what i didn't get why was i still alive? not that i'm complaining, but they never take prisoners in unless they want information in, especially not this pack, so why haven't they killed me yet. I need to get out of her and find Rose fast. What about if they have her and they hurt her, shes like a sister to me if they even harm her ill kill every last one of them.

The blood moon pack is the pack that's been around the longest, it the strongest and largest pack in the world, there known for their quick killing ways and they're strong tendencies to hold no mercy. I remember visiting her a few years ago, our pack wanted to make a treaty with them so they would cause us no harm and so that if we ever en countered any trouble they'd help us. Unfortunately the Alpha being the ass that he is said no he refused to help a low life pack like ours, i think they were his exacts words actually, just to think if he did, then maybe we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

The large door to the dungeons opened and a man with blonde hair walked over to me, he had power radiating of him, not enough power to be the Alpha but he could easily be the Beta or TIC.

' What do you want on our land rogue' he spat out as if disgusted to speak to me, i just ignored him i wasn't a rogue and i certainly wasn't going to let him treat me like one.

'ANSWER ME' he shouted. Damn if i had any chance and getting back to Rose i had to at least do what they say.

' it was an accident, i was running and didn't realize i had crossed on to your land, if you let me go i promise won't happen again' i said in a strong voice.

he looked shocked for a second, before he quickly adjusted.

He laughed and said ' I don't think so, were wait to the Alpha gets here then he can decide what to do with your rogue' he spat out again, geeeez!, what was this dudes problem.

'I'm not a rogue' i said calmly

he laughed again ' Ha don't even try-

he stopped talking, when his eyes clouded over i realized he was mind-linking someone. When his eyes returned to normal he looked angrier and muttered something like 'urgh not another one' then walked off towards the outside.

It took me a minute or two to realize what was happening, someone else had crossed the border, then it hit me, 'Rose' i whispered. Now were both screwed.
