MIKE POV-

I had mind linked Damien telling him to come here immediately. Hopefully he had calmed down from the mood he was in earlier, and wasn't gonna be up uptight, ha, who am i kidding hes always uptight, but hes my best friend and Alpha so I tend to just let it slip, hes not that bad once you get to know him after all.

'What is it Mike?' he said as he walked round the corner and into the main part of the cells, I could tell by his tone of voice, that he was still in fact in a mood, Great.

'I have something to show you' I said as I gestured him to follow me. We walked down to the last cell on the left and looked at the thing inside cowering in the corner, I'm not surprised hes so scared, we made sure we give him a good beating, although i'm pretty sure once Damien finds out who he is, he'll do the same.

'Who is it? and why would i care?' he asked with a bored expression on his face.

'This is the guy that was with your mate?' I replied, putting emphasis on the mate part.

Damien's eyes quickly turned black, a sign that his wolf was taking over. I stepped back a little not wanting to be in the firing line. Damien had very little patience and a very short temper, it could take the littlest thing to tick him off, but when he has the guy who's been travelling alone with his mate right in front of him that would send any wolf over the edge.

He let out a loud growl at the guy sitting in the cell, Jase i believe his name is looked up and locked  eyes with Damien. He let out another growl but the other guy did nothing just carried on staring. This was a challenge, they were challenging each other for authority, Damien being the alpha would always win, but from time to time some stupid wolf, would always try their luck.

'open it' He growled

I took the key from my pocket, and handed it to Damien, he quickly opened it and barged inside, not wasting a second of his time he grabbed Jase up the wall and landed a hard blow to his face, there was a loud crack, indicating his nose had been broken, but he didn't stop there he kept delivering punch after punch to Jase's body, whether it was his face, his ribs, his chest, his stomach he didn't seem to care, this is what Damien does, this is why hes feared by everyone, because he has no mercy, hes ruthless.

'Damien stop' i plead, seeing that Rose's friend is on the brink of death, he ignores me and carries on hitting him punch after punch, you can see the other guy is getting weaker.

'If you kill him Rose will never forgive you' I blurt out, Damien stops, processes that thought for a second, then drops Jase to the floor and walks out the cell.

I lock the cell door to ensure he cant escape, although I'm not even sure hes alive or could walk at this present moment, but just to be on the safe side I lock it then follow Damien back to the pack house
