Chapter 5 - The Plan

Emily and I walked in to class and immediately noticed Ryuzaki, Levi, and Light weren't in class.

"That's strange.. Light didn't text me saying that he won't be here.. I hope he's okay" Emily pouted sitting at her desk. 

"Ryuzaki didn't text me either.. I find it kinda strange that all three of them aren't here." I sighed, sitting beside Emily. 

"Agreed." Emily mumbled as Mr. Smith walked in.

He started the lecture but stopped fifteen minutes later when Matsuda walked in. "Ms. Northwood and Ms. Moon, Matsuda would like to speak to you." 

Emily and I looked at each other nervously; we both stood up and grabbed our bags then walked out of the classroom.

"Did we forget to hand something in? I totally thought we handed everything in! That's what it is right?" Emily questioned as we followed him out of the building.

We stopped at a car, his car I'm assuming. "Get in." Matsuda said opening one of the back doors. 

"Is this legal?" I asked nervously. "I don't think this is legal." 

"I'm not allowed to answer questions. Just get in." He stated, getting into the drivers seat.

Emily sighed and got in, I followed. He pulled out of the parking lot and started driving on the highway.

Emily and I we're kinda panicking in the back seat. I think Emily was worse because she texted Light to make sure he knew she loves him.

About twenty minutes later we pulled up to a building, it was really really tall. Matsuda opened the door for us and helped us out. We followed him into the building then into the elevator.

"Um Matsuda. Are you going to kill us?" Emily asked nervously, playing with the hem of Lights sweater.

He laughed and walked out of the elevator as the doors slid open.

"Light?! Levi?! Ryuzaki?! What are you doing here?! Is he going to kill you too?!" Emily and I asked as we ran to our boyfriends.

"Kill us?" Light asked, laughing a little. "No, he's not going to kill us."

"Oh thank God!" Emily sighed in relief hugging Light. " You can just ignore that text from me.. "

"You're so cute. You look good in my sweater too." Light smiled kissing Emily.

Emily smiled and kissed back. "So. Why exactly are we here?" Emily asked holding hands his hand.

"Light and I are working with L and the task force to capture Kira." Levi stated from his seat in front of a wall of screens.

"But what about Ryuzaki? And which one of you are L?" I asked, holding onto Ryuzaki's arm.

"I probably should have mentioned this earlier. I am L." Ryuzaki said blatantly , sitting on the chair beside Levi's. "That is Hanji, Soichiro Yagami, Shuichi Aizawa, Kanzo Mogi, and Hideki Ide, Hirokazu Ukita."

"WHAT?! YOU'RE L?! NO WAY! THIS CAN'T BE! WHAT?! MY BOYFRIEND IS L?!" I yelled running around the room. "WHAT IS TH-AHHH" I yelled as I tripped on the leg of the coffee table then falling face-first on the ground.

"You still haven't told us why we're here." Emily stated looking at the three boys.

"We thought you two would be helpful for the team." Ryuzaki, or I guess I can say L, explained while eating a piece of strawberry cake.

"Really? You thought we could be helpful?" Emily and I asked in unison (a habit we have from spending so much time together).

"Well you two are in the top five in both our classes!" Light exclaimed wrapping his arm around Emily's waist.
