Third Person POV:

"She isn't going to wake up for awhile." Clarke says. "Bellamy, do you think you could carry her back to camp?" Clarke asks. Bellamy nods and picks Kay up. He cradles her in his arms as her head falls perfectly on his chest. Her head slowly bobs up and down from Bellamy's breath.

The trek was quiet for awhile. All participants walked in silence, the only sound that could be heard was the rustling of the wind.

"I know you're hiding something from me." Bellamy breaks the silence. Clarke looks at him with uneasiness in her eyes. "I saw how worried you were when she passed out. It wasn't the same look as what you had given Jasper or Atom." Clarke looks away from him.

"She is what I would consider my family. You would have acted the same way if it were Octavia." Clarke tries to come up with an excuse for her actions. The truth is, she is hiding a huge secret from Bellamy. She knows she can't betray Kay, but if he keeps interrogating her she doesn't know if she'll be able to keep quiet anymore.

They continue to walk in silence. Raven steals glares at Bellamy while Clarke is lost in thought. As they approach the gate, Jasper runs up to it. He gives Clarke a distressing look.

"What happened? Is she okay?" Jasper asks. "Is everything okay?" He emphasizes, hoping that Clarke would understand that he is talking about the baby.

"She just became a little too stressed. There is nothing to worry about. All she needs is rest." Clarke tries to reassure him. Jasper's face begins to turn red.

"What was she stressed about?" He snaps his head towards Bellamy. "You're the one who pushed her over the edge, aren't you? She is trying so hard to try and find the right time to tell you!" Jasper yells, shooting daggers in Bellamy's direction. Bellamy looks at him confused, then his expression changes to pure anger.

"I did no such thing! She is the one who went off on me! I didn't cause this to happen to her." Bellamy yells back. Jasper steps forward.

"You are the only reason why she is here! You and the-"

"Jasper! That is enough!" Clarke steps in between them. Jasper steps back due to the realization that he almost told Bellamy what Kay has been hiding.

"I'm going back to camp." Jasper states as he turns on his heels and walks away.

"Let's lay her down." Clarke suggests before Bellamy has any time to ask questions.

Raven runs off somewhere in camp while Clarke and Bellamy continue to care for Kay.

"What was Jasper talking about?" Bellamy asks, not looking away from the door of the tent. Clarke shifts uncomfortably, not knowing how to respond.

"It's not my place to tell you. Ask her yourself." And with that, Clarke stands up and walks out of the shelter. Soon after Bellamy does the same thing.

Kay's P.O.V

I slowly become more aware of my surroundings. I feel around myself. Blankets. Pillows. Bed. I attempt to open my eyes, but the bright light blinds me. I try again, blinking quickly, trying to let my eyes adjust. I finally open them, my vision blurry from my slumber. I turn my head wondering where I am, how long I have been asleep, and where everyone else is.

"Please give me some room! We need to make room for Finn!" I hear Clarke's voice in the distance. I try to get up, but feel light headed. I try again slower. I finally reach the door of the tent. I open it to see a commotion near the drop ship. I walk my way over, shoving through the crowd.

"Kay?" I hear someone say. I don't bother to respond. I need to make sure Clarke is okay.

"Clarke! Dammit let me through!" I yell as I struggle my way through the mountain of people. "Clarke!" I finally push my way through the herd. As I look into the ship I see a bloody Finn laying down, Raven crying, and Clarke frantically grabbing and throwing things. "What happened?"

"Kay! Get over here I need your help." Clarke begs me. I crawl over to the group of people. "I need my mother."

"There is still no radio." Raven says. Clarke snaps her head around.

"Raven, fix it!" Clarke yells. Raven doesn't move. "Go!" Clarke screams. She turns her head to face me. "What do we do?" Clarke's eyes were pleading me for an answer. I move closer to her.

"Okay first we need to inspect his wound." I instruct. She nods her head and lifts up his shirt. "What stabbed him? Was it rusty? Poisoned? Jagged?" Clarke just shakes her head. "Do you know anything that happened?" No response. "Does anyone know anything that happened?!" I yell around. Once again, no response. I sigh to myself.

"A Grounder stabbed him." Bellamy comes barging into the drop ship.

"A Grounder? What happened? Why didn't anyone wake me up?" I asked. Everyone just looks at me awkwardly.

"You have been passed out for a few days." Clarke says.

I grab my head. "A few days!" I yell in frustration.

"We didn't want to wake you. Your body completely shut down. Octavia went missing, so Bellamy had a search party go out and look for her. We found her in a cave with a Grounder, but he stabbed Finn." Clarke could barely choke out the last few words.

"But we have the Grounder upstairs. We are using all means necessary to extract information from him." Bellamy reassures.

"You brought the Grounder here?!" I scream at him. "This could start an all out war! You idiot." I mutter to myself. All of a sudden a sharp pain comes from my abdomen. I shriek and fold over onto the floor.

"Kay?" Bellamy grabs onto my shoulder. I look up at him with panic in my eyes. He faces me towards him. "What's wrong? Please talk to me, motion, or something." He tells me. Tears start streaming down my face.

'This is wrong. It's too early for labor. This pain is abnormal. I shouldn't be having this.' I think to myself. 'Shit. SHIT! Is this a miscarriage?'

"No no no no." I shake my head. Everyone looks at me concerned. "It's the-" I scream again.

"Shit." Clarke says. "Lay her on he back!" She instructs to Bellamy. He pries my pain ridden body apart and lays me on my back. I grab his hand.

"Bellamy I need to tell you something." I choke out. Tears flooding down my face.

"You need to rest. I will get you some water." Bellamy turns around and walks out of the drop ship.
