I grabbed my Nike pros and put them on quickly then I put on the burgundy sweater which I don't even know how I got , we had woken up late so we only had a little bit of time to get to the studio "Mariana I'm ready I'll wait in the car "
"Okay I'll be there in a minute " she yells back from the bathroom I didn't worry about makeup or hair because they have to do it for us I grabbed my purse made sure I had money and cards and made my way out
Once I reached the elevator before it closed Mariana came in fast
"Just in time " she says out of breath in guessing she ran and Mariana won't run for anything but hey there is always a first.
Once we reached to the parking lot floor we both ran out the elevator and me being my clumsy self crashed into someone
"Sorry I'm in a rush " I say and continue running not even looking at who it was
"Wait Jess stop I need to talk to you " I hear the raspy voice
"Sorry yoandri I'm late " I say
I finally reached the car the studio was close so we made it just in time
We walked in the dressing rooms and signed in
My hairstylist and makeup artist Ana quickly started in my hair
"I'm just going to leave it curly is that fine with you" she asks
"Yea you know what's best " I respond
An hour later she finished my hair and started on my makeup which she could finish in less then 30 minutes
"Okay I'm done " she says observing me

"Jess let's go 15 minutes till show time " Mariana says while putting on heels
I grab my dress and quickly change also putting on my heels
"Well that was fast " Mariana laughs
"Come on " I say pulling her towards the stage

We all line up across the stage waiting for Alejandra to announce what the challenge will be

" Ya estan listos para saber que ese su primer reto"ale says and the crowd screams
I turn to look at Mariana I still find it unbelievable that we are standing on this stage
"Este reto va determinar quien va estar en Peligro de eliminacion , las conquersantes van a tener que agarar un animal , sin miedo, y sacar se una foto , la ganadora se ganara la portada de people's magazine., buena Suerte niñas "

We all exit the stage and the wardrobe people gave us our outfits once we were all changed we hoped in the limo
"Ready for this " I ask Mariana
"Yup" she says
We didn't go far and once we got their we see 12 boxes exactly one for each of us with our names I walk to my box and luckily Mariana was next to me
"Alright girls when I walk up to you pull the cloth off we want to make sure we get all your reactions on camera " the lady in charge of us says
Mariana was first and the camera guy was just waiting she pulled the cloth off it was a baby alligator she wasn't scared but she looked shocked
It was my turn I waited for the guys signal once he gave it to me I quickly pulled the cloth revealing a little fox
Well this was going to be easier than I thought

We were currently waiting for Ale to announce the winners and the ones in danger to be eliminated
"Las tres que estan en Peligro de eliminacion son
Hannah , Allison, y Amanda "
The three girls went to the side of the stage while we waited for her to announce the winner
"La ganadora de este reto es -" ale says
It was silent for a good 2 minutes I was anxious I really wanted to win this
" ...Jessica " Ale finally says
I cheer for a while and pull Mariana into a hug while we exit backstage getting ready for the last part of the show the runway

"Bestfriend you won now all you need is the crown which you will get " Mariana says
"I love you Mari " I say and pull her into another hug
The girls were lining up which meant the show was about to start again so me and Mariana also made our way
I was on a different line then Mariana though since we were color coded
The music starts and the first girl goes
I'm always nervous with these I honestly hate them I'm Always afraid I'll trip or something
Soon enough it was my turn
I made my way as I looked at the crowd I see some  
People already have posters of me i blow them kisses to those who support me as I made my way back I passed Mariana
"Blow a kiss to the right please" she says
I was confused on why but I did it anyway that's when I see him again my smile disappears but I was on camera so I quickly stopped staring at him
And put on a fake smile once I was off the stage I waited for Mariana to finish
"Really " I tell her as she makes her way in
"What did I do " she says
" you knew he was there so you made me blow a kiss to that direction " I say
" Jess you're over exaggerating it's not like you really kissed him "
"You're right I'm sorry "
"Okay let's go I'm starving " she says pulling me away we had already put on our sweaters so it was no big deal as we made our way out I remembered I had a date today
"Wait Mari my date " I say stopping  her
"Oh shit I forgot let's go back to the dressing rooms and get you ready "

" Okay have fun but not to much fun" Mariana tells me while winking at me
"You're so weird " i say getting out of the car
I Sit on the outside while I wait for Jovani to get here for our date it was  starting to get cold but we had agreed to meet on the outside of the mall
I don't know why he chose the mall as our first date but I didn't suggest another place so I guess it's also my fault
