Description of Rouge
A dark purple long sleeved shirt with a midriff, a white scarf, long black sweat pants with pink ends, white gloves with rings and pink ends. Lastly: plain brown boots and grown out hair and it is in a ponytail.

Shadow is Sonic Boom Shadow
Everyone else is also Boom

Rouge P.O.V

"He's not dead!" I sternly yell at Sonic.

"Just face it Rouge! He's gone!" The blue hedgehog argued.

My face felt heated as my ears planted back. "You didn't know him like I did!"

"Maybe not, but I do know that he would have at least told you of all people where he went!"

My wings shot out and I shot up into the sky, leaving Sonic on the ground. He was right. I knew Shadow better than anyone else. Or, so I thought.

"Dammit!"I curse under my breath. I see the rest of the world beneath my feet, memories of some of our missions together flood my mind. Everyone else thought that Shadow was dead. There was no proof of it, but there was no proof he was alive either. Sure, he would go out on little secret missions every now and again, but it would be only for a few days, and he would have told me.

I've been searching for him all this time. Some of the others helped me for the first year, but then the numbers began to drop. Now, it seems as if I'm the only one who has any hope anymore.

Being a dog of the military doesn't help either. Reports of stolen weapons and machinery were everywhere. No one else could catch the thief, which leaves me. This mission takes up much of my time, and leaves me with less time to investigate Shadow's disappearance.   I need to find this guy and fast.

Shadow P.O.V

I crept within the small vent. A speaker in my ear went off.

"Shadow! Are you out of there yet?" A croaking voice yelled in my ear.  

I rolled my eyes in annoyance, "No, this thing is heavier than it looks!" A large motor was in my grasp. It was small, but weighed a ton! 

"Well hurry up then! I can't sit out here all night!" The voice commanded and then cut off the transmission.

I sigh angrily and continue through the vent, finally reaching the other side. I kick the small door open and jumped through. I landed outside of large building and looked up to see Eggman's all to familiar ship.  The giant man stares at me with a sinsiter grin. I quickly make my way to him and give him the motor.

"Excellent work Shadow! One more heist and you will be set free for good!" He praised loudly.

I say nothing and climb onto the wing and stand silently. The large jet begins to take off towards an even bigger space ship. This has been my home for over 4 years, and I hated every inch of it.
