"What you doing tonight?" My co worker Nick asked me. I work at a car shop, the money flow is good.
"Shid probably slid through my baby mama house to pick up my seed." I replied shutting the small locker they provided for us.
"Oh that's wassup. I'm bout to hit the club." He replied dapping me up
"That's all you ever do." I laughed And it was true. He partied everyday of the week.
"I mean I'm single...you need to find you one bad shawty."
He replied grabbing a blunt. He slick reminds me of myself.
"Nah I'm straight." I shook my head checking the time on my phone it was 9. I shot London a quick text telling her know that I was gonna get Morgan in the morning. I felt bad that I missed her baby shower, but that's what happen when you get a 9 to 5. I still will pull a job when I need some fast money, but for the most part I left that trap life alone. But I asked Mijo to send my love.
"Shid." He mumbled knocking me out my ocean of thoughts.
"I partied my whole like I got two baby girls...who need me and two baby mama's who need that check. Shid I ain't got nothing else to do, but provide for them." I said honestly clutching my keys walking beside him. He was fairly young, I would say at least 20.
"Damn I got a daughter too." He replied "Seem like we all do." I laughed locking up the shop from the outside "Iight breezy holla at you tomorrow?" He asked "Yeah kid." I chuckled He reminded me so much of myself..hopefully going on a better path. I got in my car plugging my iphone up to the radio playing kendrick's cartoons and cereal. I had to swing by Tae's to get Mimi, I get her every other day just for the simple fact that she wants to stay with me all the time. About 20 minutes later I pulled up at Tae's house hopping out knocking on the door. "Daddy!" Mimi yelled from the other side "Don't touch that door girl!" Tae yelled in response
"But it's daddy!" She protested
"Mariah listen to yo moms and back up from the door." I instructed. That girl don't listen to no one besides me. There were a moment of silence before the locks turned and Tae opened the door. "Wassup?" I greeted her
"Hey. let me get her bag ready." She opened the door wider.
"Iight." I closed it behind me
"Daddy! Are we getting Monster M?" Mimi hugged my leg
"Yes tomorrow." I smiled down at her, but her smile soon fadded
"Why?" She asked
"Because it's late."
I picked her up Her nor Morgan never really understand these type of things, and I don't expect them to. Their only 4 and 3.
"Can we get her first thing?" She asked me pulling my face
"Yes." I laughed
"Okay." She smiled kissing my nose I put her back on the ground
"Mariah what kind of night clothes do you want to take to daddy house?" Tae asked
"I want daddy to pack my clothes." She said simply
"Okay.....chris." Tae handed me Mimi bag she had in her hand. Lately she been salty about how things are going, but it had to happen. She be upset because Mimi don't want to come home, or want me to do stuff instead of Tae.
"Come on princess." I took her hand as she walked me into her room.
"Where's your bathing suit Mimi?" I asked sitting on her little bed.
