A few days later
These past few days with Chris has been fun. It reminded me of the time we were 17 and in love. We played games with the girls, and went to see movies, and just cuddled up together. Chris made it very clear that he respected me needing my space dealing with the situation that I'm dealing with...truth be told he's been a very good listener and over all good friend.
Today I was going home after being at Chris house for 3 days...today I needed to home to handle some things.. by things I mean Nip's crap.
Speaking of him he'll call my phone every 10 minutes, and I would send him straight to my voice mail. I have nothing to say and you sure as hell don't have nothing to say- so don't keep calling me.
Tossing one of his bags down the stairs I went back into our, sorry my bedroom. For some reason I think he thought when I told him he won't have a home to come back too that I was joking...I wasn't.
I made up my bed and put the last of his watches into the box it came into and sat it on the bed as well. I went down stairs to prepare the rest of his things right when Chris called me.
"Hello?" I answered searching the laundry room for his clothes
"What did the dog say when he sat on sand paper?" Chris voice came out loud and clear
"Chris seriously." I tried to hold back my laughter, now was not the time.
"Answer it. What did the dog sat when he sat on sand paper?" He asked again
"...I don't know Christopher!" I closed the dryer
"Ruff!" He proclaimed in laughter
It was so corny I had no choice but to laugh.
"You're slow, brown." I shook my head
We decided that it would be a good idea for Morgan to stay with Chris due to this bull that I'm in. So he had our baby while I tried to do this dirty laundry so to say
"Nah bruh that joke was funny I just had to hit you up and share it with you...you know make you smile." Although the corny joke did make me laugh, him saying this to me made me blush.
"Well I'ma let you go, but call me if you need anything...and I mean it London." He said in all seriousness
"Okay. Bye." I spoke in a small voice
"Love you." He slipped in before hanging up
"...love you too" I mumbled to myself
"Love you too Chris." I repeated sitting my phone down on the counter.
The front door closed and in walked Nip
"...I thought you left." He released a breathe
"Hello to you too." I mumbled
"Look London-" I cut him off
"No, don't look London me. You lied to me and had me fooled this whole time." I put my hand up to silence him
"I ain't lie to you." He said quickly
"Oh you just haven't been telling me the whole truth." I nodded my head
"...That sounds about right" I went on to say
"This wasn't how you were suppose to find out." He walked towards me
"Find out? You wasn't gonna tell me, so don't play stupid Nipsey." I held my hands up letting him know not to come too close
"I was...I just was waiting" he kept walking
