Blaine stared intently at the monitor, humming as he watched the monitor. Another month passed, and Blaine still hung to the hope that Kurt was alive. It's not like the doctors would pull the plug in such an early stage. Not like Blaine would let them. 

He watched Kurt continue to slumber on, and hoped he wasn't reliving the horrendous moments he was. 

"Kurt. " said Blaine, turning towards the boy. He didn't know whether Kurt could hear him or not, but it didn't stop him from taking a guitar that he had brought with him that day to the hospital. He turned to take the instrument in his arms and smiled shyly down at Kurt before playing a melody, 

The beganning was soft, and never meant for guitar, but Blaine made it work. He had to get his own feelings out and admit them. He wanted Kurt to be the one to hear. Was it selfish?

Is our secret safe tonight

And are we out of sight

Or will our world come tumbling down?

Will they find our hiding place

Or will the walls start caving in?

Blaine knows that there are always going to be people that don't accept them. Azmio, for one. Out of Dalton, he knows that Kurt feels like they have to hide, not out of cowardice, but to protect the both of them. 

Blaine wanted to avenge, for all they've ever done to him. Maybe that was cowardice, sinking to their level. He can't let Kurt go.

In the few months, Blaine had his own doubts. He always thought that they couldn't be a mistake, because they love each other. But was love really enough to conquer everything? It seems to failing as Blaine stared day after day at Kurt's heart monitor. 

This is more than Blaine thought would ever come to challenge their relationship. And it's straining.

Blaine doesn't want to let it end here, he had a chance, and he won't give up until he has no choice to. Blaine can't afford to let himself lose hope. They will fight their own demons, and face the world together.

Love is our resistance

They'll keep us apart and they won't to stop breaking us down

Blaine realised that people will tear them apart, but in the end, they will be back together, so it's okay. Because Blaine knows that, and he holds it as gospel every day and night as he silently mourns the loss of Kurt alive and beside him day and night.
