"Blaine." grumbled Kurt as he attempted to get out of his hospital bed. "Blaine."
Kurt rolled his eyes, nevertheless smiling at his boyfriend who is currently passed out on the chair beside his hospital bed. He winced as his wounds reacted, and nearly tumbled onto Blaine, grasping the arm rest beside him.
"Oh my-" exclaimed Blaine, nearly jumping out of his skin as he was lurched out of his dream. "Kurt!"
"Sorry!" said Kurt, blushing as he pushed himself up.
"Where are you going?" asked Blaine, still slightly breathless from the scare. He lended a hand to Kurt, realising that his wounds couldn't possibly have abated by now.
"No where."mumbled Kurt. "Anywhere. I just don't want to be here."
"Are you bored?" asked Blaine lightly, wearing a sad smile as Kurt laid back with more grace.
"No. I just don't like it in the hospital." said Kurt miserably. "It reminds me of mom."
"But your wounds, Kurt. The doctor says to stay. " said Blaine softly as Kurt looked out the window longingly.
"School." mumbled Kurt, saddening even more. "I'm missing school."
"I brought you homework." said Blaine, an eyebrow raised. "If you wanted it."
"And I finished them." said Kurt, smiling at Blaine.
Blaine let his breath catch when he saw his glaze eyes, back to it's normal state. He could still remember the raging storm of colours when Azmio sta-
"Hummel?" asked a nurse. "Kurt Hummel?"
Blaine blinked, his vision meeting Kurt's concerned look directed at him. He turned around, facing the nurse instead.
"He's Kurt Hummel." said Blaine, smiling assuringly at Kurt.
"Oh yes. " said the nurse, her kind eyes turning to Kurt. Blaine could almost feel Kurt relax beside him. "Well. I'm here for a check up and rebandaging, Mr.Hummel. "
"Oh." said Kurt, slightly relieved, yet dissipointed. Atleast there was no bad news yet.
The nurse turned to Blaine. "Would it be okay for you just to stand a little to the side? I'm so sorry to distrupt your conversation, but I have to get a closer look to help Mr.Hummel."
"Sure." said Blaine, moving away. He watched, eager to see any sign of news on Kurt's condition. The nurse nodded seriously a couple of times before finishing the bandaging.
"So he's okay?" asked Blaine cautiously, his eyes narrowing.
"Yes-"
"-I'm fine.' interupted Kurt, sending an apologetic look to the nurse, who nodded her understanding.
"Whatever you say." said Blaine, smiling lightly. His Hazel eyes seemed a lot more reassured at Kurt's obvious use of sarcasm.
He turned his eyes in hopes of thanking the nurse, but she was already down the hallway, sending a quick wave and a smile back at them.
