Alexis' POV
I met up with Sam and Dean at the park for research. "Let's see what we can find," I sighed.
"Why aren't you working with your girls?" Sam asked.
"I can't risk them getting marked by Crowley," I sighed. "Since it's obvious that I already am."
"How's it going over there?" Sam asked Dean.
"Same," Dean sighed. "How about you? Anything?"
"Yeah, I think so," Sam nodded.
"Really?" Dean asked.
"Amara, Lucifer, Hand of God?" Dean asked.
"No, it's case," Sam nodded. I walked up behind him and peered over his shoulder. "Werewolves. It looks like a pattern of missing campers. Five, in the past three months."
"So they got lost," Dean shrugged.
"That's what the rangers thought too, until a couple days ago, when they found a body..."
"Minus a heart," Dean cut Sam off. "We make a call and put somebody on it."
"We'll get him back," Sam sighed. "I don't know how but we'll figure it out. Are you and your girls up for it?"
"No," I nodded. "I gotta go." I walked to the Camaro and Brian stopped me. "Hey."
"Headed somewhere?" Brian asked. I nodded and looked at my Camaro. "One more ride?"
"Raincheck?" I asked. I went to Tej's Garage. Natalie and Bailey were just relaxing. "Hey girls."
"A case?" Natalie asked.
"No," I sighed. "Well, yes but I let Dean and Sam take care of it while we try to make it out of town."
"Like that's going to happen," Bailey nodded.
My phone rang I had a call from Sam and there was a lot of grunting and fighting on the other end. "I gotta go," I nodded. I got into my car and sped to the location I got from Sam's GPS. I parked the car next to the Impala. I saw a sign about a five-mile hike till the cabins. I ran as fast as I could. I saw a cabin. I walked in and Sam was shot. He fell to his knees. "Sam!" I exclaimed. I ran over to him. I cradled him in my arms. "Stay with me, Sam." Dean killed the guy who shot Sam. Dean grabbed the first aid kit. I took off my jacket and put it under Sam's head. "Stay with me."
"Dean, help them," Sam pointed at the two who were hung by their hands to the ceiling.
"Just hold tight, you two, okay?" Dean assured.
"Dean," I nodded. "I got this. I'm a specialized as a medic. Get them." Dean went to the two. I grabbed the tweezers. "Okay, Sam. We gotta get that bullet out, okay?"
"That sounds reassuring," Sam groaned.
"It's going to hurt like hell," I sighed. I put fire to the tip of the tweezers first. "Here." I put a roll of gauze in Sam's mouth so he wouldn't bite his tongue. "Come on." I carefully felt for the bullet. After thirty seconds I got it out. Dean got the couple down. "There we go, Sam." Sam spit the gauze out of this mouth. "Here."
"I got it," Sam sighed. He was patching himself up. "Damn it."
"Keep pressure on it, Sam," I nodded.
"I have to go and get a signal on my cell a couple miles back," Dean sighed. "We'll get you a doctor and you'll be just fine."
"Yeah, no, I know," Sam nodded. "Go."
"You got this, Alexis?" Dean asked.
"Go and make the call," I nodded. "I didn't grab my satellite phone."
"We're going with you," the guy replied. "Not with the other's still out there."
"Others?" Sam asked.
"Listen, my brother been shot and he can't stay here alone," Dean nodded.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Sam replied as he got up.
"Take it easy," I nodded as I helped Sam.
"Okay, we're going, let's go," Dean nodded. We got out of the cabin. We started walking. "Sun's going to be up pretty soon."
"Dean," I sighed as Sam nodded. "Hey, Sam, we have to keep going." We got to a ranger's cabin and got in. I checked the phone. "It's dead." Dean lit up some lanterns. "Okay."
"We gotta keep moving," said the guy. "Or at least, those of us who can."
My head shot up. "What did you just say?" I asked.
"Michelle's really sick but she has a chance," the guy nodded. "But he's slowing us down. If they find us..."
"We saved you," Dean nodded. "We saved both of you."
"It's four lives versus one," the guy sighed.
I pushed the guy back and pointed at him. "We're not leaving him behind," I nodded.
"Alexis, stop," Sam nodded. "He's right. You guys need to go. Move, go find help and come back for me."
"No, Sam," Dean sternly replied. "We're going to carry him the rest of the way." I looked at Dean. "It's only a couple miles."
The guy looked at me. "I'm not leaving him," I nodded. I helped Sam sit down. "Sam...I'm going to find Dean." I walked outside. I sighed as I saw headlights. "Shit." Dean walked over to me. "Hey, were you able to find wood to make a raft?"
"The headlights caught me off guard," Dean nodded. We walked back to the cabin. "We gotta go." The couple was looking over Sam. "Sam? Sammy?"
"Oh no," I nodded. I got down next to Sam's body and felt for a pulse. "There's no pulse." I looked at Dean. "No pulse."
"What happened?" Dean asked.
"I don't know," the guy nodded. "He just went."
"Sammy?" Dean asked.
"They're here," the guy sighed.
"Sam," I sighed. I looked at Sam's lifeless body. "Let them come."
"What?" Michelle asked.
"They want to stay," the guy nodded. "You can't. You stay, you fight, you die. So, do we."
"Dean, you help them," I nodded. "I'll stay here with Sam and fight for as long as I can."
"I'll come back for you two," Dean nodded. "I promise."
"Snap out of it," I sighed. "I'm staying here."
"Okay, come on," Dean nodded. "You got everything?"
"Everything I need," I nodded. Dean and the couple left. "I can do this." I started doing CPR. "It's not working." I started crying. "You can't leave me now, dammit." I laid against the cabinet and just cried for as long as I can remember. I pulled myself together and stood up. "I'm not quitting on you." I tried CPR one more time. Sam gasped for air and laid on the floor. "Sam? Oh my god, Sam?"
"Alexis?" Sam groaned.
"Yeah, okay," I nodded. I helped Sam up. "We still have a few miles to walk."
"Dean?" Sam asked.
"He left with the couple to go get help," I stated. Sam fell to his knees in pain. "Sam." I heard a car. I walked to the window and saw a truck pass by. "Oh shit."
"Corbin chocked me," Sam nodded.
"We'll deal with him later," I sighed. "We have company."
"What?" Sam asked.
"Two of them," I looked at Sam. "We're out numbered."
"Come on," Sam sighed. "Stairs." I helped him down the stairs and he fell down. "AH!"
"Sam," I nodded. His wound kept oozing out. "Come on." I moved Sam to a corner. "You're going to be fine. Just keep pressure." I heard the front door being busted in. "Shhh." I heard someone walking. "Shhh." I put my left hand over Sam's mouth and my right hand over my mouth. "Shhh." Footsteps were coming down the stairs. "I can handle him." I got out my silver blade and left Sam in the corner. I hid. The guy knocked over a shelf. I snuck up on him and stabbed him in the heart. "Goodbye." He fell to the ground. I got the truck keys from him. "Sam? Let's go." I helped Sam up the stairs. "Alright, I got you." We got into the truck and I drove Sam out to my car. "Dean left his Impala. Come on." I got Sam in the front seat of my Camaro as he got out his phone. "I hope I can do this." I got into the driver seat. Sam looked at me. "What's going on?"
"Corbin, is a werewolf," Sam sighed.
"Oh god," I sighed. I started driving. I got to the hospital and got out my gun. "Come on." I helped Sam to the hospital. I saw Corbin chocking Dean. "Shit." I got out my shot and shot Corbin. "That's for killing Sam."
"Well, took you long enough," Dean looked at us.
Sam fell to the floor. "Come on," I sighed. I sat Sam against the wall. "Can we get a doctor?"
"I killed myself for you, Sammy," Dean looked at us.
"You what?" I asked. "You know what? Just get your brother a doctor." Sam put pressure on his wound. The doctors and nurses got him into surgery. The doctors told me Sam will be alright. "Thank you." I went to go and stand in the living room. "Thank god."
"Alexis?" Dean asked.
I walked up to him and hugged him. "Sam's going to be alright," I whispered. "He's going to be okay." Sam got out and we walked out to the car. "You going to be okay?"
"Yeah," Sam nodded. "Thank you." I smiled and hugged him, softly. "Thank you."
"Don't thank me," I smiled. "Just take care of each other, alright?"
I opened my door. "Can I get a ride to my car?" Dean asked.
"No, I can't," I smirked. "You guys got a long walk ahead of you. I'm skipping town. That way you can't find me."
