Natalie's POV
"Everything," I replied.
"What do you mean everything?" Alexis asked. "I've only been gone for a few hours."
"You've been gone for a month," Bailey replied. "It was enough for Sam to tell us everything."
"And I broke up with Sam," I sighed. "It just wasn't worth losing you to Crowley even thought it was Dean's fault. I could've summoned him back and make a deal but Sam wouldn't allow it."
"The First Blade for me?" Alexis asked.
"Yeah, how'd you know?" I asked.
"Because that's exactly what Sam and Dean did," Alexis nodded. "Except they also got the Hand of God as well."
"Alexis, you're going to have to tell me where this comes into play with your occupation," Mike looked at us. "I told you I'm a ranger when I wasn't supposed to. Now, it's time for you to do your job."
"Mike, if I tell you, you'll get hurt more than what you go through now with the nighloks," Alexis nodded. "I won't allow it."
"We'll tell him after we get this figured out," Bailey sighed. "I lost my ex-boyfriend to Lucifer. Is Castiel still alive?"
"Yes, he is," I nodded. "He's still very much alive but I think Lucifer has gotten his hooks in too deep in Castiel that he can't break free." I looked at Bailey. "I'm sorry. I haven't been able to get him back just yet."
"What has all been happening while I been gone?" Alexis asked. "I tried to free Cas from Lucifer once, but that didn't work. I'm not powerful enough. I'm not as powerful as Rowena and I don't possess such power to cast a spell from the Book of the Damned."
"But you told Dean and Sam you can," Bailey pointed.
"Now, why would you go and tell them that?" I asked.
"Because I know the spell and I can cast it long enough to exorcise Lucifer out of Castiel," Alexis looked at us with a cold, dead stare. "It'll injure me but we can get Cas out. Also, Cas can heal me."
"Alexis, I've seen this happen to Sam and Dean over the past month," I nodded. "They've tried everything, including the warding and even that didn't hold Lucifer." Alexis sat down. "Now, I don't know about you, but Bailey and I have chosen to leave that life behind."
"And do what, exactly?" Alexis asked.
"Help out here," Bailey nodded. "You're not going to believe this but I'm dating Jayden."
"And I'm dating Antonio," I sighed. "Look, I think it'll be best for you to leave the life of a hunter behind and forget it ever happened." Alexis and I exchanged looks. "I know it's going to be hard to not take a lunge at the first case you see online but please. You were married to Crowley for crying out loud. Sam wouldn't let us touch any of the research to help and get you back."
"Now that you're back, we shouldn't go back into that life," Bailey nodded. "Please, Alexis. Just let it go."
"What if Dean or Sam or Cas calls?" Alexis asked. "What do we do then?"
"If they call, you go," Mike nodded. "That's the deal we made. They call, you go. f they don't, you don't do anything at all but staying here."
"Then we better talk to Mentor Ji then," Alexis sighed.
"We'll get to that but right now, you need to rest," Mike smiled.
"Alexis, we're glad you're back, we really are," I nodded. "Just seeing you get hurt and having to stay in Hell was just not something I wanted to see you in."
"How was it anyways?" Bailey asked.
"Hot, uncomfortable, and really annoying having his demons following me around," Alexis nodded. "It's like lifestyles of the rich and annoying but I did get whatever I wanted."
"You seemed to have enjoyed Hell," I replied.
"Not even," Alexis nodded.
"Well, what do we do now?" I asked.
"I have to go talk to my cousin," Alexis smiled as she got up. "If that doesn't work out, we'll head back to Miami and I'll teach you guys how to street race."
"You're kidding, right?" Mike asked.
"Do I look like I'm kidding?" Alexis asked as she walked to the kitchen.
"Do I even want to know her past?" Mike asked.
"No," I sighed. Mike followed Alexis. Antonio saw me and walked over to us. "Hey."
"What's up?" Antonio asked.
"Nothing," I nodded. "We should go and have that lunch date we were talking about."
"Right now?" Antonio asked. I nodded. "Fantástico."
Antonio and I started walking around Tampa. "Entonces, ¿qué restaurante es bueno para comer por aquí?" I asked.
"Well, I'm not sure which restaurant is good to eat at because I've always ate at the dojo," Antonio looked at me. "Only when Mentor cooks though."
"I can see why everyone of you hates Mia's cooking," I nodded. "She's not even half the cook that Alexis is."
"Well, I've never had Alexis' cooking but I'm willing to try as long as it's better than Mia's," Antonio smiled.
"The only other thing I can't figure out is why Bailey likes Mia's cooking," I sighed. "She loves Alexis' cooking but Mia's nothing compared to Alexis'."
"Taste buds react differently, maybe," Antonio nodded.
"Hey, I do have a question to ask you," I sighed. We found a park bench and just sat down. "Do you know how Alexis knows the rangers?"
"No, I don't."
"Man."
"I don't have the same upbringings as my fellow rangers. I wasn't born into the life like they are. Maybe Alexis was born into it. I don't know. Because I was never there the same why they were."
"Well, either way, I need to find out," I sighed. "Alexis hasn't been clear about her past with Bailey and I. Especially when we share anything and everything together. I just need to get to the bottom of this and fast." I looked at Antonio. "I just want her to trust me again like we used to. Ever since she's been with Crowley, she's been different."
