"I combed through the computer's system and managed to find some indicators on where that Nathan fellow might have taken the girls."
Page and the others look back at her dad with eyes full of hope and fear. Page clears her throat. "D-Dad? What did you find?"
Her dad taps the keyboard of the desktop and pulls up several files. "I managed to find a set of files hidden, but not impossible to dig out from his personal account. It shows a warehouse not far from here Nathan has been sending payments to for refurbishing and other reasons. It's not under his name, but for all we know its under an alias name. I recommend starting there."
They all look back to Talula's step-dad who has been standing by silently since Page's dad arrived. He still won't say what the other files say about Nathan's plans and he forbid her dad to open those certain files.
He straightens his tie. "Send a team. Keep looking for other locations."
He leaves the room along with several others as they begin making plans to take the building. Page and her friends hang back, remaining silent until the others are gone.
Page immediately whips around. "Dad, the file."
"Already on it." His fingers move just as fast as Page remembers from the days when he used to work at home when she was younger. Several files fly around the screen, coding and decoding the encrypted messages until a full document sits in the middle of the screen.
They all lean forward, reading the message. It's an email describing some kind of broadcast plan for revealing the secret world of benders to the general public and they plan on using Crystal to do it.
"But how? Why?" Jake starts pacing. "Why do they need Crystal to prove that bending exists?"
"They have to have something big planned." Demetri muses darkly. "They must need the Avatar for it."
"No."
Everyone turns at the harsh tone in the declaration that comes from Mahoney and Jake at the same time.
Mahoney clenches his fist causing fire to ignite around his fists. "I don't care what it takes, we're getting her back before that."
"Give us the address." Jake demands.
Page's dad rolls the chair to block the screen from them. "You should leave this to the adults."
"Look what good that's done!" Jake thunders, storming forward. "Crystal is my sister! I promised our parents I would keep her safe! Now give me the address!"
"What are you going to do Jake?" Jacob holds back Jake when he moves to try and overtake Page's dad. "This isn't the Underground, they won't fight with the elements, these guys are fighting with guns! You're going to get killed!"
"Does it look like I give a damn?!" Jake shoots back. "You saw that Nagoya's guys face when he read the email! It wasn't a 'bending is going to be exposed look' it was a 'my daughter is in serious danger' kind of look! For all we know they could be planning on killing Crystal! We need to go now!"
"Wait!" Page cries out. "We can't go rushing into this!"
"Kids!" Page's dad stood to his feet, his thundering voice causing them all to fall silent. "If you really want to go after her you will need a plan. Lucky for you I have one, and it's one that might just work."
