I slowly open my eyes. Sun is shining through the window. I have no idea why I feel so warm.
I tilt my head to the left and notice a man laying besides me. I jump out of bed and fall on the floor tripping over the rug. Out of nowhere, memories come back to me. I sigh in relief and head to the kitchen. Lack of food reminds me that I need to do the shopping.
"Good morning."
"Hey." - I reply noticing Tyler leaning against the door frame.
"What do you want for breakfast?" - I ask even though there's no food in the fridge.
"What do you have?"
"Pretty much nothing." - I say honestly. I hear him chuckle.
"We can go shopping together. What do you think?"
"Okay. I just have to get ready."
"Is half an hour enough?"
"Yes. See you soon."
"See you."
After this time I lock the door and we leave the hotel. Tyler unlocks his car. We travel listening to the radio. The car stops at a red light.

We start moving when the light changes. There is a black car flashing through the crossing. I yell but a second later it hits us with much force. I hit my head against the window and fall unconscious.

I inhale as I open my eyes and look around.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah. Just, please, wait a few seconds before you start driving."
"Why?" - Tyler asks giving me a weird look.
"Um, it's just, I'm always scared that we will be hit by a car that didn't stop at the red lights." - I lie.
"I'll wait if it makes you feel safe." - he responds.
"Thanks."
The light turns green and the next thing we see is the same car speeding in front of us.
"Wow! You were right. If we passed the traffic lights something bad would happen." - he starts talking to himself.
"How did you do that?"
"Do what?"
"How did you know about the car?"
"I told you, I am always scared about that. I had no idea it was going to happen." - I try to sound as convincing as possible.
"You're right." - we head to the shop.
I can just hope he doesn't suspect anything.
