I open my eyes and strech my arms. My phone says it's 10 o'clock. I haven't slept that good in a long time. I roll out of bed, take my laptop and bury under the blanket again. I need to look for a job. I don't have many skills but I don't have to earn a fortune. Maybe there's something available.

After two hours of scrolling and searching every website on the Internet I finally find a work good for a person like me. A new cafe was opened not long ago. It's quite popular so they want to employ more staff. Perhaps, I can work as a waitress there.

''Now or never.'' - I think calling the given number.

I exhale a breath I was holding when a call ends. The boss of the place told me to start working tomorrow so he can see if I'm good at it. Wow, that was easier than I thought.
I decide to tell Tyler about that. I quickly get ready and go out. I knock to the door after a moment of hesitation.

''Come in!" - I carefully enter the room.

Tyler walks out from the corner. And, oh my God, he isn't wearing a shirt.
I can't help but stare at his toned muscles.

''Hey Naomi.'' - he greets me putting on a black T-shirt.

''Uh, hey. I wanted to tell you that I found a job.''

''That's great. Come on, let's sit.'' - he says leading me to a living room with a couch in the middle and a tv on the wall.

''Tell me more about it.''

''The place is called 'Koohii Cafe' and the main theme is Japan. Besides coffee and tea you can eat there different desserts.'' - I tell him everything I know.

''Sounds cool.'' - he replies smiling.

''And where do you work?'' - I ask curious.

''I don't have a job. When I need more money I help my father at his hotel.''

I look up and meet his hypnotizing blue eyes getting lost in them. We just stare at each other. I'm first to break the contact.

''Um- '' - Tyler clears his throat.
''I can drive you there.'' - he proposes.

''You don't have to. I don't want to impose on you.''

''It's a pleasure to spend time with a beautiful neighbor like you. Trust me.'' - his complement causes my cheeks to turn bright red what makes him laugh.
''I'll meet you by the door at 7, okay?''

''Okay. Thank you.'' - a true smile appears in my face.
''I should get going. Bye.'' - I stand up and head to my apartment.

''Wait.'' - Tyler stops me.
''I was serious when I said that you're beautiful. And even more when you smile.''

''Thank you.'' - I stand on my tiptoes, kiss his cheek and leave.

I look back for the last time. Tyler is standing in the same place with a big grin on his face.
