''Yes! I'm jealous!''

''But we didn't do anything!'' - Tyler yells frustrated.

''I wouldn't say that.'' - I say, my throat aching from screaming.

''You're overreacting.''

''And how would you feel seeing me flirting with a stranger?!'' - I know I'll burst any moment.

''We weren't flirting!'' - he shouts in my face.
''I didn't know being with you would be so hard. Maybe it would be better if we weren't together.'' - Tyler sighs.

I stare at him dumbfounded. I can't believe what I hear. His eyes widen, a fear washes through his face.
''No, no, no. That's not what I meant. I'm sorry.'' - I push past him and take a jacket and my bag. Tyler grabs my arm.
''Naomi, please. I didn't mean to say that, I swear.'' - he pleads. I look at him, a tear rolling down my cheek. His blue, guilty eyes staring into my green ones.

The view breaks my heart. But I can't give up that easily. He hurt me. Now, it's my turn.

I leave without looking back.

Where do sad people usually go? The first thing that appears in my mind is a club. You have fun, get drunk, forget about your problems. Sounds good. There is a voice deep down my head saying it's a bad idea but that's what I need.
I take out my phone and find the nearest club. The building is only a couple blocks away.

''Let's get this party started.'' - I think opening a glass door. The place is full of people - some of them dancing, the others talking and a few drinking at the bar. The last group will increase because I'm in I-want-to-get-drunk mood.

''What can I do for you?'' - a young barman asks.

''Something quite strong.'' - I don't know most of the drinks.

Soon, there's a glass standing in front of me. I don't hesitate for a second. A burning liquid slides down my throat.
''Do you like it?''

''Yeah. Make me another one.''

One.

Two.

Three.

I lost my count on four.

It's dark.

A few lights are switched on.

The music is loud.

It's really hot in here.

Even though I'm drunk, I know that I have to go home. I slowly stand from a bar stool and head to the exit.
It's cold outside so I throw on my jacket. World spins around me. I giggle stumbling and almost falling down.

I hear footsteps behind me. Somebody grabs my jacket.

''Leave me alone.'' - I slur.

The person pushes me on the ground. My head contacts with the pavement.

I'm out like a light.
