You go to your room and change out of the tight dress and into a pair of comfy sweatpants and a hoodie. You lay down on your bed and close your eyes. And suddenly you fall asleep.
You wake up from your door being opened by none other than Steve. "Sorry, did I wake you?" "No, it's fine, I was only taking a nap." "Ok, I need to tell you something."
You sit up and nod for him to go ahead. "Thor, you might know him." "The God with the hammer?" "Yes, Thor and his brother are coming in an hour and are staying here a few days. His brother is 'rehabilitating' from being... Well, evil. And his father is sending him to earth to... Well, start to like human beings."
"You mean Midgardians?" "How do you know that?" "It's mythology, not rocket science, Steve." "Right... Err.. Well Thor's brother is quite the handful, so be careful." "Don't worry about me, you know I can manage." You say and nudge him in the arm.
When he leaves you decide to go back to napping. But you don't feel tired anymore. You get up and head for the kitchen. You find Tony there and you start talking, and you make yourself a sandwich.
"Guys, they're here." Steve says and rushes towards the balcony. You didn't feel the need to invade the reunion between the avengers and Thor. So you waited till everyone had said their welcome before joining them. When you look up, your heart drops.
