I meet Ashley in her room at our hotel. Right at 3:00.

I twist the knob, it was unlocked so I walk in "Ash?"

"August..what do you want?" She crosses her arms

"You..."

She scoffs "So now you want to come crawling back foreal this time?"

"I guess so.." I fiddle with my fingers nervously

"What about that bitch Mia? Just the other day you where so called defending her."

"That was a mistake she was a mistake. I just wanted sex but she wasn't putting out." I say adjusting my red baseball cap under the hood of my jacket. "Plus after Genesis died she started acting like a bitch towards me."

"Damn. Genesis died...for real?"

"Yeah. She actually survived but she ain't stay alive. They think Mia did it she's in custody now...I always suspected she was mad at Genesis. They say it was because of some old beef she had." I say shaking my head

"That's fucked up." she mumbles looking down

"Yeah...deadass. But I lowkey find that shit hella sexy. A womam that can handle ha' buisness..cold blooded. That turns me on." I say looking off

"Really?"

"Hell yeah." I lean against the wall

"August?"

"Yeah?"

"It was me.."

I furrow my eyebrows "Nah couldn't have been..they had Mia on tape."

"It was me. I deleted the tape. I killed Genesis." she confesss

"No you couldn't have." I let out a pity laugh

"But I did. And I burned Mia's stuff, spiked her drink, posted the video of you two. August I love you and I won't let anyone stand in my way."

I smirk "All that fa' me?"

She nods inching closer. She kisses my neck and the phone rings. Right on time...

"Hold on I gotta take this."

She takes a couple steps back slowly undressing. "August great job we have all we need now repeat after me. Sure I can come down to the station at what time?"

"Yeah I can come to the station what time?"

"Now?!" he instructs

"Now?!" I give Ashley a shrug as she pulls her clothes back on

"No that's not a problem. Im on my way right now." I repeat and hang up the phone " Ash Im so sorry. Look I'll make it up to you...be ready in an hour okay? Ima' come pick you up and take you out."

"Okay." she smiles and I leave making my way to my car outside

Genesis

"I knew she did it." I scoff "when are the police arresting her?" I question the detective

August was wired the whole time all that shit he fed Ashely was a trick to make her confess and lucky for us it worked. We have everything we need for Mia to get released and Ashely put away.

The black car follows behind August's towards the station where Chris, Trey, and Mia are. "As soon as we get to the station they will be apprehending the suspect." he states
