"She's going after them? "Asked Normani for the hundredth time. They are inside the building now, trying to find Clark. When they got back, The undead had woken up, their skin looked normal now and everyone seemed confused. The undead that they killed had disappeared and they don't know where they might be.

"Normani,, she already did." Dinah said quietly. The mood was gloomy and tensed. Everyone was upset and afraid of what is to come.

"He isn't here" Drei announced, coming from the office of the Alpha. The office was surprisingly neat. Nothing changed.

"Of course he wouldn't be here." Mikaela muttered quietly. The others however, still heard her and looked at her questioningly."He won't be here because think about it, Clark is Smart, I hate to admit it, smart enough to go somewhere else when he realized that the vampires are taking over really quick."

Suddenly Camila gasped. Everyone turned to her. Her eyes had flashed green but no one noticed. It vanished as quickly as it came.

"Let's go to Sapphire's house. Maybe they are there." Camila suggested, slightly panting from the sudden lack of air.

The others had an undescribable look in other faces, except for the warriors. Why didn't they think of that sooner? It makes perfect sense. With a nod from them they went out of the building and started to make their way towards Sapphire's house. The dog trailed behind them, Ally keeping him close. After a few minutes, they reached the small house. Camila made her way towards the door and bit her lower lip hesitantly. What if she's wrong? What If no one is here? But she knocked anyway. No one answered first and she knocked again.

"It's us. Whoever is in there, will you open up?" On the sound of her voice, frantic footsteps were heard and the door burst open. There was Clark, dark circle was under his eyes and his eyes are wide, frantic and afraid. His hair was ruffled and looks like it wasn't combed for weeks.

"That's the Alpha?" Conan mumbled under his breath but Emily heard her and jabbed him under the ribs which earned a groan from him.

"Alpha Clark, what the heck happened to you?" Dinah asked the weary man before them. Clark sighed and urgently told them to come in.

The room was a mess. Furnitures are everywhere and mark of vampire claws are seen. He sat in the one of the couches and the others did the same. The three warriors stayed standing. "So much has happened since you guys had left. Terrible terrible things" He ran a hand through his hair.

Mikaela furrowed her eyebrows. "What happened?" She stood up and went towards the kitchen door and leaned on the door frame.

Clark turned to her and his eyes narrowed. "She's a friend" Ally quickly intervened, as she felt the tension in the air. Clark relaxed but his composure remained alert.

"They came that night. Grey and his companions. We are all sleeping and the guards was already dead by that time. I was shoved awake by a frantic student close to my office. He broke the news to me but it was already too late. They threatened to kill everyone. It was a lot of chaos and then...then I fled" His eyes were afraid and unfocused. "They killed my assisstant. Those..all filthy blood suckers.All of them deserves to be tortured and die. Every single one of those filthy creatures. I'll find a way to kill them. Foe or not. They are all the same." His eyes were full of hate and rage that he didnt noticed everyone's eyes on Mikaela when he said that. Mikaela's eyes has a tint of red in it. She was mad. She has a lot of friends in their vampire community and a lot of them are actually nice. This Clark didn't have the right to say those things. She was in rage but she tried to mask it. She ignored the stares she was getting.

"Are you really an Alpha?" Mikaela asked, her cold gaze directed towards Clark and Clark only.

Confused, he turned to her. "Why ofcourse I am"

Mikaela got off from leaning on the frame and got closer to the man.

"You are not acting like one. You are like a scared boy peeing his pants without the balls to go and help his pack but instead you chose to fled and hide" She gave a humorless laugh. It made the other's skin crawl. "Yeah right. Yet you have the right to talk and rant just because you lost your assistant. Great."

Clark glared at her. Who is she anyway?" Who are you to talk to me like that? I could kill and banish you from here right no-"

"You are full of shit. And who am i?" She started to walk towards the front door and opened it."I'm one of those bloodsuckers you are saying that has actually the balls to go and save someone on your kind." She walked outside the door and stepped on the front porch. "And that person was Lauren and Sapphire. You don't deserve to be an Alpha. I thought you are smart " she put her hands in her pockets. " but you are just a complete coward" and then she walked away.

Everybody was stunned. Nobody dared to talk back to an Alpha like that. Too afraid of the power but Mikaela shook it off like it wasn't even there. Drei was the first one to snap out of it and chased after her. The others started going out too.

Camila was the last one to go out. She turned to him."I led them here because I trusted you to help us" She shook her head and then she left, slammed the door and left Clark looking bewildered and regretful.

When the others finally caught up to Drei and Mikaela, Mikaela is poker faced and Drei looks normal. All of them breathed on relief.

"So,what now?" Conan asked, breaking the silence that fell between them.

Mikaela clenched her jaw,. She hated the only idea she can only come of. It's like sending them into their own death.
She cleared her throat. "Let's go back to my sweet home." She said sarcasm dripping in her tone.

Then they transported.
