AQUALADS POV
As we stepped out side the small shack, I immediately sensed what was amiss. "Speedy, is there a tsunami?" I questioned worriedly. "Yes, and it's heading for Jump City." Speedy replied with the same amount of nervousness. "Did...did I start it?" I asked, my voice trembling slightly. "Yes... But right now you need to stea op it." Speedy said with determination. "YOU WANT ME TO STOP A TSUNAMI!" I shouted in shock, that isn't exactly what I had signed up for when I joined the Teen Titans East. "Aqualad, if anybody can take aup the task it's you, you have to try." Speedy reassured me as he took up my hand
and squeezed it. "Ok...I'll try, but we'll have to get closer to the ocean" I said unsurely. We sprinted through the forest until we reached the sandy shore. I briefly stared at my reflection in the sea water tickling at my boots. I looked up to see the gigantic wave. "Do you think you can stop it?" Speedy asked inquisitively. "It's worse than I thought, but I'll take a crack at it" I said cracking my knuckles. Closing my eyes and focusing, I summon all my power to stop the tsunami, to have the water melt back into the ocean. I hear the roaring wave and I concentrate on trying to make it silent. I begin to feel lightheaded falling to my knees. I squint my eyes and see speedy kneeling in front of me followed by (a wild!) beastboy (insert Pokemon battle music) before everything goes black.
