Minjung's POV

We quickly finished our lunch and went to the rooftop for fresh air. It's one of my favourite place when I'm in trouble or feeling down. I sat on a bench and look up at the blue clear sky being covered by grey clouds. It represents me so much. I sighed as the door swung open, revealing Eunhye with two bottles of banana milk in her hands. I got up instantly.

"Yah, give me one." I stretch out my hand. "I will unnie, chill." She gave me one bottle and poke a straw in for me. I hungrily drank half of it. "So, what about the engagement?" I sighed heavily.

"I feel, restricted. Being engaged to the person you hate the most is the last thing you want to happen. I can't have the freedom I have now and I have a feeling all these are happening because my parents don't want to take care of me or something."

"Yah, don't take it that way. It's for your company's sake right? Think about it on the bright side. Don't be so negative. You can even try and change his attitude, change him when you live with him. He may change for the good. You'll find yourself loving him. Speaking of him, you were staring at him and that girl earlier on. Perhaps, you have feelings for him already?" She wiggled her eyesbrows playfully.

"Are you crazy? Did Baekhyun do something to you? You're usually not like that." I playfully pushed her shoulders, causing her to stumble.

"Ow... I'm gonna tell Baekhyun you pushed me. Hmph." She fussed and continued drinking her banana milk like a baby.

"Aigoo, this little baby so cuteee~~" I cooed and lightly pinched her cheek. "Aish, I'm not a little baby. I'm already 17. Pshh..." She swatted my hand away and walked away. "YAH KIM EUNHYE WAIT FOR ME!" I shouted and chased after her.

"You can't catch meeee!!!" She teased and ran faster. We ran through the halls, avoiding the people going the opposite direction. "YAH YOU LIL SH-" I shouted as I tripped over and was caught by someone. "You better be careful cos I'm not always there to catch you, fiancee." The way he whispers that word into my ear is sickening. I got up and adjust my slightly crumpled uniform. Before walking away, I heard him chuckle. I swear that guy is so full of himself.

{Time skip to the day before the engagment}

"AISH THIS IS MAKING ME GO CRAZY." I'm at a boutique, trying on different dresses for tomorrow and mom and well, mom-in-law kept asking me to show them a dress they picked out and then send me back in the dressing room with a different dress. I think I've tried almost all dresses in this damn place. I feel suffocated. Reason is, one, some dresses are so tight, some are short. Two, I'VE BEEN IN THIS DAMN PLACE FOR HOURS. I feel like my body will give up anytime. I mean like, it's only a small party in the Kim's HUGE garden with only business partners and EXO present. Yup, they know, obviously. Hopefully the big mouths Chanyeol and Chen didn't spread the news... *prays hard*

Now I'm trying on a strapless pink dress that reaches just right above my knees. It had a few flowers on the hem of the dress and a ribbon in the middle. They paired it up with pink heels for me. The helpers opened the curtains. Mom and Mrs Kim's eyes sparkled as they eyed me from head to toe.

"Perfect! We just need your hair and make-up done tomorrow and you'll be as beautiful as a princess!" Mrs Kim clasped her hands together and gasped. "We'll get this dress, oh and the shoes too, thank you. Minjung, go and change." Mom said and then we got busy. FINALLY, I'm leaving this place.

{The next day}

"Minjung-ah, you look so beautiful! Better than the Belle in Beauty and The Beast!" Chanyeol exclaimed. what even...?

"Back off hyung, she's mine now." Kai walked towards us as he stood beside me and slid an arm around my waist, making me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. "We know that, playboy." Chen blurted out, laughing like a dinosaur. "Shut your mouth hyung, no one must know that I'm a playboy. My family doesn't know." He hissed at Chen who ignored and continue laughing, with Chanyeol this time.

I feel happy yet sad at the same time. I'm being tied down by Kim Jong In, but I'm happy to have goofy EXO and Eunhye. They are like my second family. I sighed deeply. Now,

I'm legally Kim Jong In's fiancee.

And soon-to-be wife.
