Chapter 11

Two Months Later... Alana

"Wake up!" I said walking into our bedroom. 

"I'm tired babe, give me five more minutes." Elijah said turning on his side.

"No, I have a surprise for you downstairs."

"Can it wait until later?" He asked with his eyes still closed. 

"Elijah Anthony  Blake get your ass up before I throw water on you."

"Fine, you're so aggressive in the morning." he said sitting up to get out of bed

"I'll show you aggressive." I said glaring at him as he went in the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth

"I'm kidding babe, I love you." he said when he finished, giving me a kiss on the forehead.

"I love you to, go get showered then get ready and meet me downstairs."

"Yes ma'am" After taking forever to get ready Elijah met me downstairs in the kitchen where I was waiting for him with a surprise.

"Happy Birthday!" I fixed Elijah's favorite breakfast and put a banner up that said "Happy Birthday!" Since it was his first birthday that we'd spend together I wanted to make it special so I had a few other surprises lined up for us to celebrate his day.

"You didn't have to do all of this for me babe."

"I wanted to, now sit down and eat then I'll take you to your next surprise."

"Next surprise? What do you have up your sleeve Mrs. Blake?"

"I'm not telling, but when we get in the car I'm going to blind fold you."

"Didn't know you were into that kinky stuff love."

"I'm not trying to be sexy you freak, I don't want you to guess the surprise yet."

"Okay babe, you're not going to kill me then hide my body are you?"

"No, I like you to much to get rid of you yet."

"Yet?"

"I'm kidding, come on your next surprise is ready." I said after I checked my phone for the signal I needed to let me know everything was ready for me to bring Elijah We got in the car and I blindfolded him, most of the ride consisted of Elijah asking for hints and trying to get me to tell him where we were going but I didn't budge.

"Okay, I'm convinced that you are actually kidnapping me."

"Why would I kidnap my own husband? We're going up some stairs, so watch your step."

"Is that an airplane? Why are we at the airport?"

"Just shut up and sit. We have a few hours before we reach our destination so I'm going to take the blind fold off."

"Surprise!" I invited a few of our close friends to join us on my surprise trip for Elijah.

"Do any of you have any idea where we are going?"

"Yes, but we were sworn to secrecy." my brother said shrugging

"This is some shit, I didn't even pack anything."
