A True Love (Yami X Yugi)

waking up.

Ryou POV.
I woke up to find I had wings, white ones almost like an angle, I vaguely remember Yami explaining that their was a 50/50 chance of getting wings. I must be the ( if you wish) lucky ones. I peered at the door to find Bakura at the door with a cup of deep red liquid in a glass and he slowly walked up to me and told me to drink it. So I hesitantly took the glass and took a sip. It was....nice...better than I expected. I took a look at Bakura and he didn't have wings I smiled and said,
"Thank you Bakura, but may I ask who's blood was that?" Curiosity showing in my eyes,
"Well that's okay Ryou, and mine, according to Yami, it is tradition that lovers drink each others blood when they are first turned, but you just woke up so I'll wait till your okay and less weak." Bakura explained.
All I could reply with was,
"Thank you"

Marik POV.
I woke up feeling a tad sad that I was the (if you may) unlucky ones because I didn't have the wings I wanted so bad. I turned to see Malik still resting. I turned to the door to see Yami,
"What do you want Yami?" I hissed
"I came to check on you and Malik and to tell you that it is tradition to take blood from you lover as soon as you turn, in exchange you give blood to him, here fill up this class with your blood, Malik will need it and when he's ready to do the same let him" Yami explained giving me the glass in the process.
"Okay" Yami then walked out the room.
Okay here it goes I thought. I cut into my skin and winsked at the pain but let my blood poor into the glass. Once it was full I licked the excess blood and my wound healed. I looked over at Malik and noticed he had wings, some beautiful lilac ones like his eyes. Lucky him.

Kaiba POV.
I looked over at puppy to see if he was awake, and he was. I don't think he noticed me staring at him as he just stared at his golden coloured wings. Which btw I did not have. Before I had Yami turn me I remember him telling me about lovers exchanging blood so I coughed to get his attention,
*cough cough*
"Ur..Kaiba your awake!"
"Yeah, joey I remember Yami telling me that it was traditional for newly turned vampires and lovers to exchange blood, so I was wondering if you would like to do it now, or we can do it later?" I asked
"Now is fine with me"
"Okay, is it okay if I go first?" I asked him
"Yes, go ahead Seto"
"Okay" just then I placed my lips on his neck and kissed him, earning a moan from him, then I sunk my teeth into that spot. After a few moments I stopped and pulled out.
"Are you okay puppy?" I asked
"Yeah, but now its my turn" he smirked.
He then did the exact thing to me as I did to him. It hurt but only a little.

Yugi POV.
I woke up to Yami by my side,
"Aibou, are you feeling okay?" He asked me with worry in his voice
"Yeah I am, urm... Why are you staring at me?" I asked with a slight blush.
"Oh.... I ur... Just found your wings so... Beautiful, aibou"
"My... Wings?" I turned around to see beautiful purple-ish/amethyst wings. I went to touch them and they were silky soft like Yami's.
Intoxicating.

I was brought out of my thoughts when Yami spoke up,
"Yugi, I know you just woke up but, its tradition for vampire lovers to drink each other blood then they first turn, but you don't have to do it now if you don't want to" Yami explained.
"No no Yami let's do it"
"Are you sure aibou?" He asked
"Yes, certain"
"Okay, is it okay if I go first?"
"Sure Yami"
He then slowly made his way to my neck, kiss in it before slowly sinking his teeth into me and drinking my blood. It hurt way less than it did before. Maybe that is one of the perks of being a vampire I guess. When Yami pulled out. He liked the spot he just drank from and it healed.
"You okay Yugi" he asked
"Yeah, I'll be fine"
"Good"

I hesitantly did the same to Yami not wanting to hurt him, or not knowing how it was going to be or taste.
To my surprise it tasted great, not as bad as I thought is was going to be.
"I love you Yami"
"I love you to Yugi"

Mel: I'm sorry its repetitive I wanted to have all the couples POV's in and it was more or less the same scenario.
Yugi: its okay Mel. We all understand that it can be hard to be a writer and come up with ideas.
Mel: yeah I guess so. Thanks Yami
Yami: no probs Mel
Yugi: can I ask if I was the first bitten then why was I the last to wake up?
Mel: because I wanted it to be the last person to be turned POV first so Ryou went first seen as he was bit last, make sense?
Yugi: ur... Yeah I guess it does.
Mel: good
If you remember Tristan also got turned but he doesn't have a lover so sorry if you wanted his POV in here.
